The only downside was that the WiFi signal was very bad on the bottom floor. It kept going on and off all the time. Other than that, the property was clean and quiet. View was amazing! We weren’t able to find the indoor swimming pool and gym in the images provided in the listing.

This was such a great find! went with our family of five and we were so comfy and satisfied. The views were amazing and the condo was so comfortable. Although we were right by the hotels/casinos and restaurants, we still had access to some and a store along with right next to the ski lift!! Felt like we could live there! Recommend over and over!

Check in was bad, room was dirty, sheets not washed, not vacumed and coffe pot still had previous renters coffee grinds inside pot. Microwave didnt work, no parking left at one point, no extra bedding provided for sofa bed even though we called and asked for some. Sofa bed was horrible, thin and sunken in. But 1 plus is the view and jacuzzi area that was amazing.

Would like to go back if the AC in the room work.
Beautiful view 😊 but it was hot inside AC didn’t work. The portable fan made lots of noise. Couldn’t sleep good. Everything else was great.

We absolutely loved the enclosed deck off of the living room and the balcony off of the bedroom. The kitchen was great! The beds were comfortable. The latch to the balcony In the bedroom was broken so you could not lock it. We found Cheetos in, and under the couch when we folded out the hidabed couch. Check in with the person over the phone was ok but we had to call back to find out what building we were in which was a pain. The person was really friendly though. Overall it was a good place to stay and we will go back.

They charged $20 resort fee but there is nothing in the hotel. Checking was through a phone and talking to a person in Reno. Room was nice with view but nothing else.

We were pleased to hear that you enjoyed your room and the wonderful view of the Carson Valley, but were sorry to hear that the resort amenities weren't explained to you properly upon check-in. When you stay with us you have access to our two hot tubs located on the roof of our property, and you also get full access to any and all the resort amenities located at the Ridge Tahoe (indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, a mini-golf course and an arcade) which is a short three minute drive up the road. Please rest assured we have addressed this with our Front desk team to ensure that our guests are getting all the information they need to have a fun & satisfactory stay with us.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Views!
Loved staying here, will be back! In walking distance or a short ride to a convenience store, the lifts, and ski rentals. Easy check-in, really well-taken care of space.

Wedding getaway
We would have wished it’s a lakeview but mountain view was beautiful as well with sunrise and city lights @ night, it was spectacular. The only thing we didn’t like was the very long loop to take to get there whereas to exit, the condo’s location was few meters away from the road... No elevator, is also one of the inconveni.... But overall, twas a nice place for us hosting a small wedding getaway for our family.

Check in was a kiosk and the person was training so it took a while to check in. The second key we had made did not work. The room was not as clean as expected... there was tissue on the floor in the bathroom that was a bit nasty and there was a cup left on the counter. I think they were busy that day and maybe under staffed. The views were beautiful.

During our stay the living room tv didn’t work, there was no maintenance to fix it on our two day stay that was during the week. All 4 bbqs where out of propane, and lastly I got stung at 2am by a scorpion in the master bedroom!

First, I was taken aback by the "virtual" check in. Then they made me aware of a $25 resort fee. It is in the Expedia verbiage but you have to look at it carefully. So add $25/night to the cost of your room to get the true pricing.

Great location, but needs better site-management
I booked this resort for a place to enjoy the Super Bowl and an intimate birthday celebration. The first thing we noticed was that the TV had ample snow (static) on the NBC station broadcasting the game. I went back to the virtual check-in counter and spoke with the staffer in charge and he implied it was an area-wide problem having to do with the homeowners association and it had already been reported. The TV reception never got fixed during our 2-day stay. In addition, we noticed a filthy furnace filter and requested it be changed. A maintenance person came 2-mornings later with a new filter the and replaced it. He mentioned he had the day before scheduled off and said that someone else should have been able to take care of it prior. The other annoyance is that we got a call both days in the morning before the usual checkout time and asked what time we would be out of the room so it could be cleaned. We weren't even up yet when the phone rang. Lastly, a Concierge girl called in the afternoon offering us $100 for a low-pressure timeshare/share-ownership presentation. I mentioned the lack of attention to the previously listed issues for this resort. She offered to contact management on my behalf to get the resort fees waived for our lack of satisfaction for this stay. Upon checkout, there was no such credit made...

Looks that are deceiving - Watch out for this one!
This hotel looks nice on the image, but as soon as you arrive, all is suddenly realized that this is NOT a place to stay. From the staff (not friendly at all) that communicates with you through a TV from somewhere else, to a room that was allocated to us that was occupied by maintenance that was watching TV while on the job to just everything else that screamed "dirty and cheap". This hotel also don't do cancellation fees, so we lost a lot of $$$ that night, because we don't want to catch a disease for trying to save money. What a disappointment!!!

We pride ourselves on a wonderful guest service team, so I am curious to know who you spoke with so that can be addressed. Our virtual check-in can take some time getting used to, but as we have properties all over Nevada and California it makes it easy on staffing which allows us to pass on the savings when renting out rooms.

I booked this hotel to attend my bothers wedding. We got there with enough time to settle in but we get there and tell us that they have no rooms available do to maintenance issues. They sent us to another hotel that was super old and it smelled. Not only that but they wanted to only compensate for one room when we had 5 persons. They finally said they had my room ready and I had to drive back to them. I spend like two hours going back and forth. Needless to say I had about an hour to rush and get ready. The room had no AC only fans. Which was ok in the evening but the morning was horrible. The room felt like a sauna since the sun was hitting it directly. The rooms are spacious and clean but I had a bad experience overall.

Night out with some friends
We went with a few of our friends and spent a night here. The view was incredible!! Theres no one at the counter juts a screen you talk to but it was cool. They had everything needed to cook and have a meal and the fireplace was easy to light and very comforting.

Property was great, a little dated. Services was dismal. The power was out from point of check in (6ish pm) until 12am. We were right by an electrical panel and it was beeping the entire time. I had 3 little kids, with me and it was difficult to bring bags down 3 flights of stairs in the dark. We ended up using our cell phones as flashlights, but once the batteries died we were out of luck. It was a challenging experience with 3 kids all under the age of 6 and being in complete darkness. After being up most of the night with beeping from the electrical panel, we requested a late check out. The front desk initially said it shouldn't be a problem, but to call back after 8am. I did, and they said it can be extended to 12. The sign on the door stated check out was 12. We asked if we can check out any later, and the front desk gave us a huge attitude. I ended up calling the Reservation Manager and then the Hotel manager. Neither of them returned my phone call, which was even more disappointing. With all the other hotels around, go somewhere else do not waste your time or money.

Watch out for their hidden fees!
I knew nothing about Lake Tahoe when I made the reservation. The price was excellent, or so I was led to believe. 145.77 plus 20.00 for use of the pool etc. Sounds great. Nope. Even with a printed confirmation, and several phone calls to Hotel.com (and them calling the hotel - twice), the hotel insisted 199.63. Also, you don't speak to an actual person at check-in. You talk to a screen and even with the difficulty at check-in that we had, nope - she wouldn't come out of her little room. It is a very nice suite, however. It has a kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, etc. Washer and dryer. Two bedrooms and sofa bed. Three TVs. Great for three couples, perhaps, splitting the cost (20.00 a head per person extra, not in the hotel write-up. It adds up!) One more thing - the pool etc that you have to pay 20.00 more for is not at this facility. It is at a neighbor hotel and not in walking distance. No AC but it wasn't too bad in Aug with the doors and windows open. Not really conveniently located either for the lake/town. Probably best for skiers. All in all, I would not choose to stay here again.

Ok, but has it's problems. Thermostat did not work properly. TV remote in master bedroom inoperative. Just wave your hand over the top of the security gate and it unlocks. No need for a key.
