전체적인 인테리어는 어두운 느낌. 단층 건물임. 앞 건물와 마주보고 있는 형태여서 커텐을 계속 치고 있어야 했음. 입구가 미닫이 통유리여서 혼자 여행하는 중이라 조금 무서웠음. 욕실 주방시설 등은 청결하였음. 중심가에서 조금 거리가 있으나 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있어 괜찮았음.

시설이 오래되어 정감이 가고, 그럼에도 불구하고 깨끗이 관리되어 편안하게 지낼 수 있었음. 조금 아쉬운 점은 뒤편에서 나는 실외기 소음이 다소 거슬림.

Sorry about the noisey neighbours that night, we did as much as we could to have it controlled by the authorities. The noise was not from the guests at the motel. Thanks for your review.

Dont stay.
Very disappointing. This hotel is used as a WYNNs hotel we have found out since and at the time we were staying there we could not park our car outside due to visitors cars. police were called to a unit opposite ours due to family issues. windows were broken and a lot of noise. Felt unsafe for my family. The staff tried their best but honestly this should not be an accommodation attached to Hotel.com

The room smelt really bad of cigarette smoke, the sheets stunk of cigarette smoke, there was holes in the door, it looked like it had been punched. The whole place felt dirty. Paint was flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom. 1 heater didn't work at all, the other looked unsafe to use. 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for 4 people to use. The property appeared to also be used as WINZ housing (this should have been disclosed). Trying to use the driveway was a nightmare as it was blocked by multiple cars. Would never stay here again and would not recommend others stay

The rooms were clean and beds made nice and fresh and the staff were welcoming. However, the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived at 3pm. We had to ask for tea & coffee, towels (twice), a heater, pillowcase etc. There was a hole, the size of a fist, in one of the doors. The parking was a shambles- no order, driveway was blocked several times. The decor is very outdated and is in major need of an update. Heads up, this motel is a Winz Emergency Accommodation so there were a lot of people in this reasonably small property and it was noisey at times.

Awful, tried to put me into smaller unit than what had been booked. Unit had non working lights , heaters did not work, No tea or coffee sachets or milk supplied, No soap in fitted dispensers, Old toilet roll had been wet and dried out. Other units had been let out to long term tenants who argued and used foul language. Rubbish and alcohol cans strewn around parking area and not cleaned up at any time. Unable to contact office to have anything put right and at checkout manager then decided he did not speak English. Credit card fees deducted on arrival not at finish. Do NOT stay here

The beds smell of smoke and our room had been changed from what arevasked for, we had to share a bed, there was no tv remote so can't watch the tv. There was only cutlery for two people even though it was a 3 bed unit whick we had 4 in, only two chairs and no tsble.

Too dirty and too old.
The bed sheets have not changed and found many hair in side the sheets. We asked a staff give us 3 clean bed sheets and we changed them by ourselves.

Most awful experience ever
We had previously stayed in this motel few years back and was happy with it, however the owners seem to have changed and when we got there they got our booking dates wrong and said they didn't have a room for us. There was also another family trying to check in and their booking was "cancelled". It was a busy weekend in taupo and we had nowhere else to go as all hotels in taupo, turangi and rotorua were fully booked! definitely not impressed. I suspect the owners resold the rooms for a higher price given demand is high. will never ever book there again, it was really stressful ringing around to find emergency accomodation at the start of a holiday!

Disappointing
This was our third stay at this property and both times previously have been very good, hence us rebooking. This stay, however, was very disappointing. We booked a 1 Queen Bed, Balcony with lake views room (which we have stayed in previously) & on arrival we were told that room was booked & we were put in a room with no balcony or lake view. When we questioned this we were told we must have got confused with a sister property closer to the lake! We had to ask for towels, a power board, a rubbish bin & had to finish making up our bed with blankets. The kitchen crockery & cutlery were grubby (we washed everything before using it) & the microwave was a complete no go!! When we came to clean up before we left we found tissues under the bed (yuck) and no sink plug in the kitchen. We hardly saw the “manager” & the neighbouring units were noisy (loud boom box speakers). Such a shame. We won’t be staying again!

Dropped in standard since last visit.
We have stayed here before, but this time we noticed a drop in standard of cleanliness. The kitchen floor was very sticky like it hadn’t been washed and there was a bottle lid and a dead cockroach behind the curtain.

I thought the property represented value for money . For a team away from home it was very satisfactory . Just a little bit random that we actually had to ask for milk ,and they had to go to the supermarket to buy it .

Friendly people and we had a lovely stay. No one was there when we checked out and there was no Drop box for the keys. I felt a little uncomfortable leaving the keys on the table.

Good Value near the Lake and Town
We were very happy with our Lake View Room. Large/spacious lounge/bed area plus our own balcony. Basic shower, vanity and kitchenette but perfectly functional, very clean and well equipped. Handy to town yet quiet and only one or two blocks back from the Lake so walking around was easy. Great value. Nice man who has recently taken the property over.

I have stayed at this property 4 time before this visit. I believe this property has recently changed hands, My room lived up to expectations. However the reception staff insisted I pay cash instead of using my credit card. Reception said their credit card processing wasn't working. I wasn't happy with this. I left my credit card details and the accommodation cost was put through on Monday 10th. My thought is that their system was available and they just wanted my cash. I will look elsewhere in Taupo for accommodation in the future despite Adelphi being so handy to town.

I was concerned that dogs were staying at the motel,as the weather was very hot and they were kept inside.There was only fans to cool the units.Also the microwave door was cracked on the outside and should have been replaced.

Awesome place to stay
Such a great motel. Rooms were spacious. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. Would recommend this to all families. Five minute walk to the shops and lake.

Clean, Comfortable spacious and well priced
We had a Lake View unit which was the only upper level unit. Yes we could see the lake. Very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable unit. New floor coverings and furnishings. Kitchen and bathroom had not been updated like other rooms we could see, however it was older, but still good. Older taps were so clean and polished you could see your face in them. We even saw the cleaner cleaning windows on one of the units! Nice built in desk with convenient power points for laptop and phone. Table in kitchen, lounge and coffee table in lounge area along with comfortable bed. Lots of TV channels to see. We walked into town just a couple of blocks away where there were lots of eating choices. Good value for money and we would stay again.

This motel is badly overdue a maintenance overhaul. Wallpaper has come away from the walls in the bathroom and just been painted over. Lino in the bathroom area has very unpleasant staining. The majority of fixtures and fittings are old and seem to be upgraded only at end of life, so are pretty hotchpotch. The curtains are tired and there are no sheer curtains for during the day. The lighting is harsh, the sofabed has a bad slope on it and the main bed is unforgiving. There are insufficient electric plugs, leaving cords draping from the TV to a power board on the floor below. It was of acceptable cleanliness, with commercial linens, etc, but it wouldn't take a lot of effort to make it fresher and more pleasant.

Spacious and very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with clean items (eg. frypan, plates, glasses, cups etc). Good location, close to town.
