Good evening,In our hotel we offer two types of rooms, standard and superior, all the superior rooms are with refrigetors and standard without, your reservation was made for a single standard room, when you arrived to the hotel we gave you a superior room like up grade free, but you asked a room with one big bed, is the reason that the recepcionist changed you in a standard room without refrigerator, sorry for don't explain you this at that moment, next time we will have more attention with this requests.Best regards,Lucia PeñaManager of Xima Exclusive Hotel Puno
