Waited 5 minutes for staff to come to the front desk for check-in. Lobby area was dusty & looked in a bit disarray. The room microwave & mini-fridge were filthy.

Great place to stay for the price. Good restaurants close. Staff was very friendly. Nothing fancy but clean rooms and cheap.

The breakfast could have bettere prepared in advance. Breakfast started at 7 and was out of waffle batter at 7:05. When reported it was corrected immediately

Overall it the stay was okay. The entire place could use major improvements though. Our room had a weird odor to it. Vents to a/c unit were very dirty. The microwave in the room was dirty and smelled awful. Bedding had stains on it. Staff were decent though.

I saw the ratings and figured it would be the best place to stay for the price. It was an old property. Pool was green. Room was clean but really needs updated. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but waffle iron timer didn't work and things didn't look very sanitary. Felt like this place was overpriced for the quality. It was convenient, however. Right off of I35.
