아침 식사를 일찍 준비 해 주세요
전체적으로는 7.5 화장실에 긴 머리카락이 있었고, 2박을 했는데 조식 시간이 8시부터라 이틀동안 우유 한잔만 마셨음. 8시 30분에 출발해서 매우 불편함. 전망은 산을 볼 수 있고 채광도 좋았음. 1박하고 일찍 오후 5시경에 왔는데 매니저가 외출하고 없어서 못 들어감. 열쇠로 문을 열어야 되어서 불편함.

I like that this place is clean, the staff are friendly, breakfast is good, parking are spacious but the room is extremely small, bed is not comfortable, bathroom is very tiny, key of the room is manual key like a house key, toiletries are the smallest I’ve ever seen. I recommend that you will bring your own toiletries.

Only complaint was room was freezing when we came and took quit a while to heat up . But the room is huge and clean and inviting. Will book again !

Great first impression when arriving at this lovely, unique and authentic little gem of an Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was very good. The dining room has a wonderful relaxing ambience. The room was clean and spacious and the location was convenient for hiking, walking and dining.

This place is perfect. Friendly staff, clean rooms with plenty room and nice decor. Hot breakfast cooked for you every morning. Would stay here again, and will recommend this place to everyone. Amazing.

The room is very clean and tidy and the hostel is very cozy. Free breakfast is in good quality and the hosts are very nice too. Definitely highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn on Canyon. I arrived late (8:30 pm) but I was warmly greeted & checked-in by the attendant who was waiting for my arrival. I had a comfortable & peaceful sleep after a long drive in from Nelson, BC. Thank you!

Beautiful heritage site, outside appealing and well looked after. Unfortunately the cleanliness inside was to be desired. The carpets throughout the Inn were filthy and in poor condition. Room was clean, but bed and pillows were old and worn out. Furniture in rooms were cheap in appearace and uphostry stained. The dining area was very nice warm and inviting. Breakfast was homemade and included with the price of the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a nice stay, inside could use some TLC.

Rob and Sabrina, the owners, took great care of us. They were so warm and welcoming, with great sense of humor. They accommodated our diet sensitivities for breakfast. The bed was the best sleep we have had in an extremely long time. The most comfortable mattress ever. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was very good, comfortable bed, beautiful decor, great area on main level to sit and relax, love that you were provided towels for the hot springs. The only thing would be to have more towels and shampoo and conditioner in the room.

We liked having breakfast provided and the dining room is very nice with drinks available 24 hours, however the kitchen staff were in training so the meal was only adequate. The property manager Geoff was friendly. We have stayed here before and were well satisfied but not this time. Our room was upstairs Number 12. It was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. However we sleep together and it was difficult getting out of one side in the middle of the night - very little space! Also the bedside lamps were so high on the wall we had to get out of bed to switch on or off. The box spring was off the frame by several inches - a dangerous tripping hazard. No clothes closet, just a rack and bench and a small, narrow chest of drawers. The small table was well scratched and there was no phone to contact housekeeping. The bathroom was a real disappointment. No stopper in the bathroom sink and the drain was very slow. The hot water literally dribbled out of the tap. One very small bar of soap. No bar to hang hand towels and face cloths and only a very short bath towel bar. The door hinges squeaked loudly waking the sleeping partner at night as did the noisy fan that was connected to the bathroom light switch. Also the toilet was very low, difficult for older people. We probably will not stay there again, we feel we did not get satisfaction for our money.

If there's something we could've done to improve your experience we are always open to hearing suggestions. We're so sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with room 12. I would suggest going with a room with a king size bed if you decide to stay again as they have a bit more space. Our stay was wonderful. The staff are very friendly. Dexter is the cutest. We had to leave one day early due to an illness and they were most accommodating. The morning breakfast is very good, other than the hashbrowns. They were little rocks. Will definitely return. They do need to replace the carpeting on the stairs and hallway though.
