Upon reviewing the feedback from our front desk employees and examining the CC TV recording, we found that during the first night of the guest's stay, no complaints or concerns were brought to our attention.However, on the following day, the guest reported noise from the neighboring room. The front desk promptly offered to relocate her to a different room, although it would have been an upgraded room as we didn't have the same room type available. The guest declined the offer to move but mentioned that she would contact the front desk if the noise persisted.Despite the guest not reaching out again and no further complaints, we understand that she may still be dissatisfied. It's important to note that the hotel made a genuine effort to resolve the issue by offering a room change, which the guest declined.In accordance with the law, we cannot refuse payment for the services and accommodation provided. Therefore, the charge for the stay remains valid. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and while we understand the guest's concerns, we are unable to issue a refund within the legal constraints. If there are any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
