We had such a lovely stay ,i have stayed at a few different bnbs in Blackpool and this was the nicest.We were greeted by a lovely friendly woman ,she said she had a dog but we wouldn't have known if she hadn't said anything. Must be very well behaved .Our room was lovely clean and warm.Plenty of room for a family and everything was lovely clean.We were very happy with our stay

Had a lovely stay. Perfect location, close to seafront and tram access. The room was homely, had everything we needed. Host was lovely, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was gorgeous.

Kev country music festival.
Excellent in every way. Comfortable and a lovely breakfast. Janet was more tban helpful in letting me stay a extra night due to the rail strike.

2nd stay here .Janet is a lovely host and makes you feel welcome nothing is too much. Everything is clean and tidy and breakfast is great plenty of choice. Perfect for a few days away plenty of free parking nearby too. Blackpool tower approx 15 min walk .nearest tram stop was minutes away . It was my son's birthday whilst we stayed and Janet made it extra special for him

Weekend stay
Jan is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, filling and plentiful. The room was clean and spacious, the water pressure was slightly weak in the shower but not terrible. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely family room, great host
Clean, spacious room. Comfortable beds, was a lovely few days away. Breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked each morning, as well as cereal, toast, fresh orange with plenty selection to choose from. Janet was a lovely host and interested in getting to know her guests. Would definitely recommend

Lovely stay
Janet was lovely and really welcoming. Nice quiet street easily accessible to all the attractions only a 5 minute walk to the tram stop or a nice walk along the prom. Very clean with everything we needed. Lovely breakfast. Will be back again next year

Superb Guest house.
This Guest house is a little jem, the perfect hotel for couples and families, the host was attentive to all are needs and the Guest house is a credit to the couple that run it, and the food was spout on, if you are looking for a comfortable place to staly please give a try.

Amazing stay - highly recommended!
What amazing stay at this wonderful B&B. Janet is extremely welcoming and went over and above to make our stay extra special. We will 100% be in a hurry to return - We couldn’t recommend it enough! It felt like a home from home for our family trip away.

This is an absolute must stay. Janet, the owner can't do enough for you. Her service and professionalism is second to none. She also cooks a hearty English breakfast with proper produce. My partner is a vegetarian and was catered for. Fantastic B&B 10/10 & a Gold Star*!!!

Fabulous property
We had a lovely stay, Janet is really welcoming and incredibly kind. The room was great and the breakfast was fantastic! Can’t recommend highly enough, superb value.

Nice one night stay
I was only at the hotel for one night, in room 6, and Jan was lovely. Helped me with my case and gave me lots of information and help. Zeus the resident dog welcome committee was very sweet. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a great tea tray and breakfast was brilliant, well cooked and all to order. The only problem I had was the mattress springs had gone. I managed to sleep in the middle of the bed so got a reasonable night and in the morning, I mentioned this to Jan, who said she will replace the mattress

A Lovely Little Hotel
I really enjoyed my stay there. The Hotel Manager is such a nice lady, always checking to make sure everything is ok. Spends time having a chat with her guests. The hotel is very homely. A lovely full english breakfast, a cozy room. A great location. I did feel a little cold and was given a heater which I kept for the whole of my stay. Would stay there again! Thankyou Janet

Great place to stay in sunny Blackpool
Stayed here for a weekend as a good base for Blackpool’s Rebellion Festival. Hotel is a traditional guest house in a quiet area north but not too far from the town centre. The hotel is clean and very nicely appointed throughout with the room on the top floor very comfortable. The room was long and narrow but quite spacious with an adjoining en-suite. The breakfast (full English) was delicious and quite filling. Host Janet (like me originally from the West Country) was very welcoming and quite informative about Blackpool. Loved this place and will definitely hopefully return at some point.

Lovely weekend break
Wow, thank you to Janet for making us feel so welcome. From the quick call the day before our trip to check we were arriving and asking if we needed any information. To the booking in and checking out. So friendly and welcoming. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. All freshly cooked and good quality. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very cosy and warm and spotlessly clean. The kids loved the little curtain separating their bed from ours 😆 Would recommend staying and will be looking to book again next year.

Absolutely perfect. The calm and warm welcome we received continued throughout our whole stay. Knowing we were coming back to such a peaceful, clean and comfortable hotel every evening meant we could enjoy our holiday to its fullest.

A gem of a place. Janet is the perfect host with a warm welcome, and the kids fell in love with Zeus the German Shepherd. Arendale is a spotlessly clean traditional bed and breakfast with everything you need, and it's only a short walk to the tram or bus stops. It's in a very quiet area and we got parked no problem. The breakfast is excellent and sets you up for the day. We were so happy to find this place and would happily go back again.

Very good.
Good value for money. Janet a friendly host. Great breakfast. Dont worry about being slightly out of the main part of Blackpool. Tram 2 minute walk away runs regularly and costs just £6.50 for 24 hours unlimited use.

It was a really nice place to stay. Great location close to a tram/bus stop, shops nearby and free parking was available. Room was nice and good size with fresh towels daily. Breakfast was really tasty and Janet was so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Lovely family hotel
The Arendale Hotel is a lovely hotel, in a really convenient location just a short walk from Gynn Square tram stop. Janet was a lovely, friendly host and was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect for our family of 4, lovely and clean and comfortable with fresh towels everyday and a lovely little tea tray replenished each day. The breakfast each morning was perfect, really tasty.

Very close location to the promenade along the beach. Grocery shop in 3 min walk. Very nice and friendly owners. Excellent service and tasty breakfast. Only one issue was that at the weekend we had a little problem to find a parking space next to the hotel and we had to leave the car in few minutes walking distance from the property.

Amazing breakfast and great family break
We had a great family stay at The Arendale. Janet and Simon were very welcoming and the B&B was cosy, clean and homely. The cooked breakfast was amazing, toast available too and there was also a choice of cereals. Next time we stay over in Blackpool we’ll be checking if Janet and Simon have room for us.
