Great get away
Stayed for the weekend lovely clean spacious room for a family of 4 the host were amazing and very helpful with everything and even had video games and football game to keep children happy . Will be visting again would highly recommend .

I booked this hotel on the strength of its reviews and it did not disappoint. The host Phil was friendly, chatty and nothing was too much trouble. Being able to park right outside, with Phil moving his own car to secure the space, was an added bonus. It is located in the quieter end of the strip away from the hustle and bustle, but still plenty going on with the Pleasure Beach, Casino and pubs eateries and amusements and tram stop in spitting distance. We were in the superior double room with a lovely big bay window with sea view to the left. Room was spotless and had tea making facility with ample supplies provided. Great wifi and smart TV, as well a bar on site, all added to our enjoyment . There is a free breakfast included in the room price, this being continental (croissants, cereal, pate & toast etc ) had there been the option of full english on site then our stay would have been perfect, but there are various cafes nearby offering breakfast. For the price, this is a great option for your stay in Blackpool and we would be happy to stay here again .

Beverley Dean Hotel
Great stay, very quiet considering how near to main strip and south pier you are. Shop right next door and plenty of pubs, places to eat nearby. Must say owners were really friendly and the hotel was spotless. Blackpool south railway station within walking distance.

Such a warm welcome, the owners are lovely and couldnt be more friendly and helpful. It was very clean and an excellent location. I can highly recommend staying here for a trip to Blackpool.

Great accommodation
A fantastic B n B to stay at. Christine and Darren were very accommodating. Excellent service. Very clean room, comfy beds. Close to South Pier, within walking distance of railway station too.

Family mini break
I stayed over the October half term with my 2 girls agad 10 and 11yrs. I was torn between rearranging or staying due the the covid situation. I decided to keep my reservation. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Christine, shown to our room and shown the hand gel station. It was requested we use the hand gel on arrival to the hotel. Christine and her husband wore a visor /mask throughout our stay. I felt very safe in the hotel at all times. Our room had a double and single bed and was cozy. We had tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was decent and hot. Breakfast was a full English and was plentiful! With unlimited tea or coffee, jam and toast and fresh orange. The location was brilliant, very close to the sandcastles swimming pool, south pier and tram pickup point and only a 30 minute walk to the tower! Over all our stay was fantastic and I feel we chose the perfect B&B for our needs. Our hosts were warm and friendly. Highly recommended for families.

Another fantastic stay at Beverley Dean. This was our third time staying here in as many years and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Christine & Darren were fantastic hosts and looked after us really well yet again, it felt like visiting family rather than being paying customers, which was a lovely touch. We felt extremely safe due to all the Covid measures in place with hand sanitizer available everywhere and our room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was also superb. Thanks again for looking after us so well.

One of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed at. Our Hosts were simply wonderful and friendly. If we ever get back to Blackpool it would be my first choice.

Amazing stay
Amazing hospitality, very friendly welcome and felt right at home by the owners. The room was a good size. Plenty of storage in the room and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular. Hotel is in the perfect position to the beach and other attractions. All procedures for COVID were followed, felt very safe and reassured by this. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

Christine and Darren were wonderful hosts. They really couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was great. The room had everything we needed in it and towels were changed every day. Will definately go back when next in Blackpool!!

The owners were very friendly and helpful, the room and hotel itself were very clean and breakfast was fantastic. There is also a bar where you can get a nice cheap drink if you want. The hotel is in a good location near the pleasure beach and there are some good bars and places to eat in the area. We had at a great time at Beverley Dean and will be returning in future, we have also recommended it to friends and family.

Ideally located, 5 minutes walk from the Pleasure Beach. Cosy and homely, like staying with long-lost relatives, nothing is too much trouble for Christine and Darren. They'll even save you a parking spot right outside the hotel. Breakfast is prompt and very good, perfect dippy egg my daughter said! Clean comfortable rooms, you won't find better in Blackpool. Thank you for looking after us!

Myself and my two teenage stayed here in August for three nights. Had the family room at top of house, which despite being small was perfectly fine for us. Nice double bed and bunk beds for lads. Breakfast was super, as were our hosts, very helpful and pleasant. The place is not 2 minutes walk from South Pier and tram stop. Get tram app and travel for 24 at a time up and down promenade.

Everything was above our expectations. We can't fault the owners and their hotel; especially the friendliness and great breakfast. They even went out the way to make sure that we found really good evening restuarants.

The owners were exceptionally friendly and happy to help out with eating out ideas. Great breakfast and service. We just found the shower a bit poor in our room - ran hot and cold even when handle was not moved. The kids loved the bunk beds and we found it very quiet at night.

Excellent Hosts & Location
This was our second time staying here and we were welcomed back like old friends rather than customers, which was fantastic and made us feel really welcomed. Christine & Darren were both great hosts and looked after us yet again. Would thoroughly recommend staying here and I look forward to our next visit. Very close to the pleasure beach and all the main Blackpool attractions are walking distance away, so a great base to go exploring from.

Had a great time. Found us a parking place as soon as we arrived. Showed us to our room and asked if it was ok. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be going back to the Beverley Dean next year.

Made very welcome,by the owners as soon as you enter the B & B ,room comfortable ,Rooms are over three floors,Cooked Breakfast was excellent,kept me going for most of the day ! ....B & B located near Pleasure Beach (South Pier) ,but other parts of Blackpool easy to get too either by Tram or by walking. ...I would definitely return & recommend this B & B if staying in Blackpool.

Wonderful! Highly Recommended
Had a fantastic stay at the Beverley Dean, owners were friendly and welcoming. The purpose of our trip was for the Blackpool Pleasure Beach which made the location perfect as it was only a few blocks away. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great as well. If I ever make it back to Blackpool I would stay here again.
