We checked in at 3pm, 2adults & 1 child for 4 nights for only £205 Mon-Fri including breakfast!
The land lady & little Archie were very welcoming and advised us of close by parking in a church car park as the street was very busy and all spaces full (this was an extra cost of £25 for 5 days & was the cheapest we found)
we were in room 5 (2 adults & 1 child), it was clean and comfortable, 1 double bed and a set of bunk beds, a small 26” tv which worked well, there was also a small sofa, set of drawers and a wardrobe!
The en-suite bathroom was clean although the shower had little to no pressure at all and the toilet took a good few attempts to flush.
Breakfast is at 8.45-9.15 only (not great if you like a lie in) but was always very nice and set us up for a busy day ahead!
Although we were close by the prom we didn’t hear anything from the room and slept comfortably all night.
The hotel is in walking distance of both central and south pier, the tram stop is straight across the street if preferred!
If I was being picky which I’m not as we enjoyed our stay very much the only downsides in the room was the shower pressure and toilet & that the sockets were so flush with the floor that I couldn’t plug in my hairdryer or straighteners :D
It’s a very nice and homely hotel run by 2 lovely ladies & we would definitely go back if visiting the area again.
