hi Mrs birtle thank you for your review of your stay with ourselves, with regards to your comment regarding towels there is a clear sign in the bathroom stating " if you require fresh towels please leave soiled towels in the shower tray", no point during your stay did you do this. The radiators were not put on when you stayed as the weather very warm so it was not necessary. Tinned tomatoes are choice given to you for breakfast you didn't have to have them. Comments regarding restaurants being unhygienic is a personal opinion not fact, if you are refering to your sister being unwell, this could be due to a number of reason ie her recent holiday abroad or due to the alcohol consumed !!

Hello Paul, thankyou for reviewing your stay with us. regarding breakfast, as it is classed as "out of season" we find that generally the 9am -9.30 is adequate for guest's sorry it wasn't for you both. The Wifi is provided free and is accessable via a password which guest's only have to ask for (we don't provide for the street). but in fairness you did only ask about the Wifi after you had eaten breakfast 1 hour before departure.
