Unfortunately and not the fault of the staff. We had a group on the second floor over us and they were loud all night except for a couple hours. The front desk person went to their room several times to quiet them down which did work for a few minutes then they would get loud again. Finally we gave up. We have stayed there several times and this is the first problem, we will stay there again!

The room was newly renovated, with vinyl plank flooring (NO carpet!) and painted walls. It was clean and exactly what I needed for a quick night stay. The decor didn’t exactly match color scheme wise, but that’s just my two cents. Haha

The room was overpriced. The floor in our room was dirty and sticky, trash was not removed from previous occupants, we didn't have enough towels or wash rags for everyone (even though the room sleeps six, we had four towels and two wash clothes), and the continental breakfast entailed cereal or bagel

A LACK OF SLEEP BUT CONVENIENT
Always stay here when in Lancaster. This time I should have gotten a top floor room as the people above and next to us woke us up earlier than I had planned! Told the manager and he said he would make sure I had a top room as always next time. This place is always willing to make amends which is good. I do recommend a top room if you can. Best price around book early!! Breakfast was usual but I wish they had a waffle maker! LOL Convenient to where I need to be and close to all and better than all the other places I have stayed in the area over the years. I would go back and I will.

It was on OK stay since we were just staying for the night. The neighbors came in around 10:30 and were talking very loudly and shutting/slamming their door until around 1:30-2:00 in the morning. We was supposed to have received 2 queen beds; however, we were put in a room with 2 full size beds. It was fine since I was there with my two small grandkids. But when expecting to have more space it was a disappointment and I was too tired to go back to the desk and ask for a different room.

The one staff member i saw was pleasant. The room was clean but run down. Bathroom needs major update. The deadbolt would not lock, and when the staff was told he just said oh yea, sorry about that, like he already knew about it. Got locked out of our room because the keycard didnt work. Breakfast consisted of coffee, bagels and cereal. Also, no bible in the room. Definitely will not be back.

This was a very nice property for the price. It was convenient to everything we were looking for. We found it basic yet clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Our unit was on the 1st floor, facing the parking lot and street and it was quiet.

This small, independent hotel is well cared-for, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Room was OK, but minimal features. TV was OK. Complimentary breakfast was a disappointment since it was minimal. Other motels we stayed at offered much more in the selection of items to choose from like waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. it was right off rt 30, so there was noise from the traffic.

Nice stay, Continental breakfast
We liked the hotel, good location close to Sights and Sound Theater. Clean and comfortable. However, it was not a hot breakfast, just continental - cereal, bread, and fruit. We went out for breakfast.

We only spent one night at Eastbrook. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. I walk with a cane and they do not have an elevator. I was not offered a first floor room. My friend had to take both my and her luggage up the stairs. Breakfast consisted of 2 cereals, variety of bagels, juice and apples. There was a hot air balloon festival in the area so many hotels were booked. It was very close to sight and sound theatre, the reason for our stay so it worked

They Have BED BUGS ..The breakfast is very bad! they bought bagels and bread maybe 99 cents shop, also cereal is only one option..With this service their price is too high! Never recommend this place.. Waste of money and time!
