We couldn't agree with you more, safety is the number one rule. We take our guest's safety very seriously which is why it is our top priority. I can assure you that the matter was handled moment you brought this to our attention. While the renovation has been refreshing, it also has its flaws and unfortunately some things slip under the radar. While this is the most rare occurrence, it should never be disregarded. We thank you for helping us in making our hotel safer for our guests.
