The property lost electricity at 6am, there was no hot water, they didn't offer the breakfast, and after a long day we came back to a blacked out room where the front desk individual was rude when I asked him for a light source since I had a child staying with us and none of our phones were charged because we had been without power since we arrived at the hotel. When I asked he said no we have a limited amount, you can go stay somewhere else if you would like a d you can get your refund in a couple of weeks. I couldn't believe how rude he was over me asking for a flashlight so my 4 year old wouldnt be afraid in the dark, not only that, we had no hot water when showering the whole time. To say the least we also had to pay for breakfast both days which was supposed to be complimentary.
