This was the first time we stayed here. The place is set on a major roadway through town but it is set back which is nice. It has a nice setup having that country wise look complete with rocking chairs on the porch. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Nice setup in the lobby for 24-hour tea and coffee. They also have popcorn there during the day. For what it's worth, the breakfast was not that bad. Hot boiled eggs... Oatmeal.. yogurt. Bagels as well as different juices. So you can get a decent protein fix in the morning. Nice that they had an indoor pool which was a little cold and they could use more chairs and maybe a few more tables to accommodate the guests. They also had a hot tub there which was crowded so we did not use that. Room was comfortable older style with carpet on the floor. Bathrooms were definitely remodeled and they were nice And clean. Room was pretty clean but the only negative especially in the morning. The doors are heavy and people just let them go and you're hearing them all morning Just banging. You got some kids running in the hall but if you have families there it's going to happen. We did check out one day early and when I did check out they could not find my reservation. But I double-checked today to make sure we only got charged for one day which we did. Overall a decent place to stay... Not expensive and the location is very good and not far from many of the Amish sites around.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were SO HARD, they really need to invest in better beds. Other than that, the stay went well. Staff was very friendly.

Easy to get to and a short 16 minute drive from Spooky Nook! Lots of dining options on site as well as within a 10 minute drive and a short drive into beautiful Lancaster farmlands!

Standard I guess. No daily maid service. Breakfast was stale bagels, apples, yogurt and boiled eggs but its free. Liked the popcorn in lobby for the kids. Pool area was not as glamorous as in pic but you get what you pay for. Tight parking. Love that uou have to use room key to get into the building-nice safety feature. No fridge in room no cots available.

Stumbled upon this place by accident and loved it! Rooms are fairly large. Bathroom is pretty roomy. Very clean and felt safe. Beds and pillows were comfortable. No bells and whistles but all around a very homey, comfortable vibe of the place. Will absolutely stay again!

Property is very cute and clean. Front desk friendly. They have a popcorn machine in the lobby so I knew i made a good choice! Cute and clean but nothing fancy.

We had a very nice three day stay at the inn. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and inviting. They all were terrific! The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. The free breakfast, coffee, and popcorn were great extras!

This property has a number of buildings located on route 30, a heavily trafficked area. The good thing: right across the street from a Wawa. The bad thing: lots of traffic. Fortunately we were in a building towards the back of the property. What I liked: I was traveling with my grandchild and the sink and toilet were down low to make them easy accessible to children. The room was clean. There is a small fridge that works fine. What I did not like: the breakfast and the coffee. Coffee in main lobby of front building, with only coffee mate creamer and sugars; and was lukewarm, although once breakfast was served it was hot, so made fresh for breakfast. The breakfast: bagels, cream cheese, apples, cereal. and hard boiled eggs. It would have been nice if they had bananas for the cereal or fresh pastries.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and felt homey. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi. My kids enjoyed the popcorn machine in the reception area in the afternoon. I have a milk allergy so the fact that they had a dairy free creamer made my morning. We would definitely stay there again!

The front desk people were awesome, pool and hot tub fantastic, and room clean. Neighbors were a bit noisy, but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix.

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was. There was a good amount of space for four adults and everything was clean. Small fridge in the room and a lot of TV channels to choose from. We stayed here for a local convention and the place is about 15 minutes from the city area of Lancaster. There’s also a Wawa and Dunkin right across the street that you can easily walk to. I’d stay here again!

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times. We don’t need fancy, just clean and quiet. The price is within our budget. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of parking.

The place is very charming in its appearance, the natural Lancaster decoy make the place very cozy and appropriate for its environment. The antique smell of old and wood, fills the halls and dates its existence. The things that concern me, is how slippery the pool area is, and the bathtub. Perhaps maybe put a nonslip coating around the pool and in the bathtub, would prevent people from getting hurt Another concern for me was when I wiped the wall, of dust in our room. I believe I opened a portal to another dimension. Those filters in the heat and air-conditioning units should be cleaned after every tenant leaves. That’s not good for people who have dust mite allergies. I’m sure the plumbing is old in the building. As for when I woke up to pee at 4 AM the toilet overflowed and I had about a quarter inch of toilet water around my feet. The Continental breakfast was quite impressive and the staff kept it well stocked. Not like some other places where it’s one round and it’s done, they actually replenished everything mid way through breakfast time. The staff at the desk were highly helpful, with letting me print out my tickets for the theater. With a little TLC, some updates with the place, and a good cleaning crew, the place could continue on its lovely Lancaster charm.

Check in was very easy and staff was polite and helpful. We had an issue with the sliding door and they were very quick to fix it for us. Only problem was unsupervised children in the pool and hot tub area.

Wasnt a bad place. The decor could use freshening up and the carpets were definitely old, like 80s or 90s. They felt gummy and stiff when you walked on them with bare feet from the shower.

Normally i don’t complain because hospitality is a hard area to please. But we found what looked like a bug larva or worn on one of the wash cloths in the bathroom. Not really my cup of tea. Also the noise level was out of control. Kids running up and down the hallway between 9:45-10:15 at night. I understand that’s not hotels fault but it needed to be addressed. This was our second stay here and the first time it was wonderful compared to this time.
