Lorsque nous sommes arrivé, nous avons eu une chambre avec une dizaine de cafard mort dans la salle de bain séjour et chambre. J'ai prévenue l'accueil qui nous a attribué une autre chambre. Les chambres sont vieillotte, mais fonctionnelle. Le ménage par contre est vite fait sans trop d'effort. Je vous déconseille les repas sur place ( pas trop cher mais pas trop bon). La piscine est propre et bien entretenu. La position de l'hôtel est pas mal ( 50m de la plage) et de nombreux commerce et restaurant autour. Bref l'hôtel n'est pas a fuir mais ce n'est pas non plus l'hôtel de rêve. Si vous n'êtes pas trop exigent, il fera le job sinon ne prenez pas celui-ci.

El apartamento estaba extremadamente viejo, con muebles viejos y rotos. No se puede cocinar nada ya que no hay ningún utensilio (ni cafetera, ni tetera, ningún paño de cocina ni estropajo, etc). El baño también muy viejo y sin champú, ni gel. El mobiliario de la terraza estaba descolorido. El desayuno de muy mala calidad, hasta el punto que la mayoría de la alojados llevaban sus propios productos, sobre todo fruta fresca, ya que no había nada más que en almíbar. Lo único positivo fue la piscina y el personal.

Nice views but uncomfortable beds.
Second time staying in Block A but didn't get the same apartment. Unfortunately, the beds were rock hard and we didn't sleep well. Breakfast is adequate but not worth getting up for. Don't think I'll be staying again.

Esta en primera línea de playa "pero hay que andar", los recepcionistas atienden perfectamente y te informan muy bien, un de los camareros que no es canario un paco seco, solo teníamos desayuno y era un poco repetitivo, limpieza de exteriores es buena "con todo el viento encuentras hojas en algunos rincones, es normal", limpieza del apartamento todos los días "solo limpian a fondo habitaciones y servicio, cocina​ y salón barren por encima" Vamos... Yo volveré.

Al lado de la playa con todo tipo de servicios
Apartahotel muy recomendable y el personal muy amable. Buenas instalaciones y el apartamento muy cómodo, aunque un poco escaso de menaje. Esta un poco alejado de la calle de los restaurantes y tiendas (perfecto si es lo que quieres) pero la playa en esa zona es increíble y tienes todo tipo de servicos. Experiencia muy satisfactoria

Leuk hotel vlak bij het strand. met zwembad
voor de 2e keer hier geweest. Nu op verzoek een speciaal appartement. Ze konden niets beloven toen we het aanvroegen, maar het was toch gehonoreerd. Prima appartement met zelfs 2 balkons. Interieur is simpel en de bank en stoel zitten vreselijk hard, maar de meeste tijd buiten doorgebracht dus geen probleem. Toen we een keer in het appartement wilden eten bleek er geen koekenpan aanwezig. Na melding hadden we snel een pan. ook het vergiet ontbreekt, maar dit hebben we niet gemeld en dus ook niet gekregen. Bedden liggen goed en personeel is zeer vriendelijk, Ontbijt in de simpele eetzaal is goed maar niet er afwisselend. De variatie zat in de koekjes die per dag net even anders waren. En de ene dag gebakken ei en de andere roerei. Ruim voldoende en op tijd weer aangevuld. Het hotel is niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Veel trapjes.

It's true that you get what you pay for..lesson learned.. Rock hard mattress with plastic mattress protector. Lumpy smelly pillows.. Large hole in bedroom ceiling..very tired looking apartment.. Sofa was filthy.. Tiles missing in bathroom.. Sun terrace and view lovely

Bardzo dobre śniadania w formie bufetu. Nigdy nic nie brakowało. Obsługa hotelu pomocna i uprzejma. Plaże bardzo blisko i bardzo duża - były darmowe leżaki :). W okolicy spora ilość wypożyczalni samochodowych i dużo miejsca by zaparkować samochód koło mieszkania, w okolicy sporo sklepów, barów...Niedaleko lotniska, można było przespacerować się deptakiem do pasów startowych i podziwiać z bliska lądowanie lub start samolotów - super wrażenia.

Owner of property should try a visit!!!!
Sorry to say this place is very, very sad. We don't like writing a poor review, but it is necessary. Seems like a package tour place mainly for German people. They deserve better. Feel sorry for the staff trying their best. Sorry too for holiday makers on a package tour. We only booked for 2 nights. No idea where the picture advertising it was taken, we could not find it. Whole place needs a complete overhaul. We were very lucky our apartment inside had been renovated which was great but still pretty basic. Around the apartments needs serious money spending, no planting Most of the staff where great and helpful. Very basic place.Area at one time had been great. Local beach is wonderful. Breakfast we only ate there once in our 2 days we paid for. Probably the cheapest quality we have ever experienced. Owners of this property need to spend some time, money and TLC. It could be great!

Great views and spacious accommodation.
Our apartment had an absolutely huge and quite private terrace. So big, you could have a party on it! We had a 2nd floor apartment with views of the beach and could enjoy the sunrise in the morning, if you're up that early! Lovely quiet area. Bus stop practically outside our block.

Nie bywam w takich hotelach . Nie korzystam z usług biur turystycznych . Sam wybrałem ten hotel ale nie żałuję . Jak na moje oczekiwania turysty indywidualnego - to bardzo dobry hotel , nie przypominający głosnych i przepełnionych aparthoteli. W poblizu publiczny parking na którym zawsze były wolne miejsca, tani supermarket . Byłem w listopadzie więc nie przeszkadzał mi brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Nie wiem jak by to było w sezonie. Stad nizsza ocena komfortu pokoju

We stayed in the costa Mar for a week the apartment was ground floor as requested by Us as we have a small children in our family, the apartment was lovely and spacious, clean and close to the reception and pools. My 4 children really enjoyed there stay the only drawbacks for us was the wifi, it was shocking the TV didn't have any English channels on it only news, but had lots of German channels so our kids were watching Disney in either Spanish or German when we were in the apartment also the kids pool was quite smal. And the lisa entertainment wasn't great, the location however is perfect, it's a lovely hotel and we would go back there

The hotel is next to the beach and the rooms are nice. If you can ask for blocks A or B, they are closest to the beach and have a nice view. The only thing is that the rooms don't have ACs. We've been there in October so it was fine but in summer I can imagine it can get quite hot. The food is good, we had half board. There is also a supermarket and several souvenir shops nearby, which is quite handy. The pool is small but very cold.

We stayed for 2 weeks in early July. Everything was pretty good. Our main problem was that the hotel bar only seemed to be open on about 3 of the evenings. This was during the Euro 2016 football championships so it meant having to leave the hotel to see most of the games. The pool bar was open until about 6 or so each day but the main bar (which had a sign saying it was open from 8 - 11) was always closed when I looked. There are bars nearby so not a huge problem. Only other thing is that it's about a 25 - 30 minute walk to the main resort area. Taxis are cheap but if you want to be in the heart of it, somewhere a little closer to the old town would probably be more suitable.

El personal del hotel fue en todo momento distante y despreocupado con nosotros. Disponen de ciertos servicios a los que solo tienes acceso si sabes que lo tienen y preguntas por ello. Por ejemplo el secador de pelo, si lo quieres tienes que pedirlo en recepción y dejar una señal de 10 euros. También tienen actividades en la piscina, nadie nos informó de ellos, nos enteramos cuando llevabamos alli 8 dias y de casualidad. El buffet era malísimo, estuvimos 10 dias desayunando lo mismo. El café salia de una máquina de dudosa procedencia y sabia fatal. Los zumos igual, zumos en polvo que a los dias era agua con algo de color. Resumen del desayuno: tostadas, huevos y bacon cada dia. Bolleria industrial y ni siquiera una salsa de tomate natural. Muy mal en ese aspecto. La gota que colmo el vaso fue la cucaracha enorme que recorrio el salón de una punta a otra. Se lo dijimos al personal y nos dijeron que se pasaría "la comandanta" a examinar y desinfectar cada pequeño hueco del apartamento. Pues bíen, aún la estamos esperando. No volveré. Lo barato sale caro.

Nous avons demandé de changer d'endroit qui était mal placé à notre arrivée et nous avons été satisfaits le lendemain par la personne de la réception, cela sans problème! Merci car ce fut un cadeau de se retrouver sur une terrasse ensoleillée! Je pense que nous reviendrons dans cet endroit qui nous a beaucoup plu, tant au niveau personnel que situation très proche de la mer! De plus, le complexe est calme et nous avons pu dormir sans aucun problème. Au plaisir de vous revoir !!!!
