Dear Guest, First of all I would like to thank you for having chosen the VIK Coral Beach for your holidays. I also would like to say that I aprreciate the time you have taken to share you review here, as all reviews are very important to us. However, I am sorry to read that our hotel did not quite meet your expectations and if you permit me I would like to comment a couple of the issues that you have mentioned. The question about the plugs in the sink/bathtub and the size of the hot water boiler I would like to comment that this is due to the water situation on the island. As you know we don't have a large water supply and therefore have to take care of the water consumption. Plugs are available at the guests requests and will be given when asked for, this is so that we can inform our guests and make them aware of the situation. The size of the water boiler is for the same reason. I hope that you now have a better idea of the reasons behind this. Regarding the Halfboard conditions, at breakfast all the drinks are included also te and coffee, I am sorry if you were not correctly informed of this. Lastly the washing cloths for the kitchen are available, however as the great majority of our guests are on All Inclusive basis these are not standard in the rooms but can be requested at the reception at any time. On the other hand I would like to thank you for having chosen our hotel for your holidays and I am very happy to read that you enjoyed your stay with us. Regarding the beds, I would like to inform you that we are changing all the matresses and that this situation is improving every day. Cher Joël, Merci beaucoup pour le temps consacré à l'évaluation de votre séjour avec nous, ces commentaires nous aideront à améliorer nos services et essayer de faire que certains incidents ne se reproduisent pas. Sur ses voisins, nous en excusons, nos collègues à la réception ont essayé de servir de médiateurs avec les clients nombreuses fois, mais c’est très difficile de contrôler ce genre de choses et a dire la vérité c’est ne pas normal d'avoir des clients comme ça dans notre complexe, dû à nôtre emplacement et installations les quelles prête à vivre des vacances tranquilles. Dû à q’il n’est pas un problème commun, nous allons créer une nouvelle procédure pour la prochaine fois et agir devant un même problème, et le couper plus vite pour le fixer. Normally we have very nice staff valoration from our guests, this is the reason because we are very confused with this comment. For sure, we will consider it.
