We are very lucky to be in such a fantastic setting so close to the beautiful Marina Rubicón; quiet for a relaxing holiday yet with 5 minutes, a nice selection of bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Although the villas are not advertised as having air-conditioning, it would only really be necessary for two months of a year. For that reason there are fans supplied and more upon request if needed, especially to help you have a restful holiday.We're glad you had an enjoyable, relaxing holiday and look forward to seeing you again soon!

As you can imagine, mattress firmness is particular to the person using the bed, some like a firm mattress and some like soft, but is not possible for us to accommadate everybodies liking. Normally the cleaning team will pass once during your stay. I will check into this matter further. Kind regards

Hello. Thank you for your wonderful comments. As you can appreciate, this villa is in a small residential area slightly out of the centre, but served will with local busses and taxis. This makes it an ideal local for the maximum privacy without being too remote. We're glad you enjoyed your holiday and hope to see you again soon.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback regardiing your holiday. To try and cover the points raised in order. Unfortunately although every care is take to make sure there are no cockroaches present in your villa, they sometimes can enter or fly into your villa during your holiday. This is be no means connected with cleanliness. Some of the pools do take more cleaning due to surrounding foliage in surrounding garden areas. As you can imagine, the villas are in almost constant use so scheduling in necesary maintenance and redecoration has to be planned. We apologise if the villa was not up to standard, we may have been able to consider a villa move. With regard to the periodic cleaning of the villa, we try to clean the villa at least once during a 10 day stay. We do not provide a daily "hotel style" clean. Air condition although not advertised, is something that we can always look into. Kind regards
