Das Hotel ha keine 4 Sterne verdient, höchstens 3. Es ist sehr schmutzig, stinkt und vieles ist kaputt. Das Essen ist immer gleich und schmeckt nicht so toll. Auch wenig Auswahl. Live Cooking gab es überhaupt nicht, obwohl es überall steht, auch in der Broschüre, die man beim Check In erhält. Tresor und Badetücher Depotgebühren. Das wird einem beim Check in nicht gesagt, man merkt es erst, wenn man den Safe brauchen möchte. Wir haben am zweiten Tag das Zimmer gewechselt, da die Balkontür kaputt war, im neuen Zimmer dann aber auch wieder. Den gleichen Safeschlüssel konnten wir für beide Tresor nutzen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr unfreundlich, auch wenn mans nicht versteht, merkt man dass sie lästern. Das Personal sonst ist nett.

Tolle Lage, Liegen am Strand inklusive (außer am Wochenende; super nervig)... Mitarbeiter im Gastronomiebereich richtig aufmerksam. An der Rezeption eher nur teilweise. Zimmer sind super alt und haben große Mängel, kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Essen war okay aber nicht der Burner. Überall Getränke leider in Plastikbecher, extreme Müllansammlung :( Aber die Lage und das Meer und der Strand machen echt viel wieder gut.

The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!

The best beach is the one at the Dome Beach hotel, really! It is sandy beach, and the water is clean and warm! I liked it a lot! In addition, the hotel offers a nice food, and a big variety of dishes, including 3 a-la-cart restaurants.

Ruoka oli ok, mutta välillä hyvin kylmää. Yleiset tilat siistissä kunnossa. Ensimmäinen huoneemme ei ollut sitä mitä oli varattu ja jouduimme soittamaan mm. Eebokers tukeen asiasta. 3h selvittelyjen jälkeen saimme toisen huoneen. Toisessa huoneessa jääkaappi oli rikki ja odotimme uutta yli vuorokauden, jouduimme soittamaan tästä useampaan otteeseen respaan. Huoneessaamme oli väliovi ja yhtenä yönä viereisestä huoneesta tuntematon mies ilmestyi huoneeseen sisään. Onneksemme hän pahoitteli suuresti tilannetta. Meille oli sanottu että ovesta on mahdoton kulkea. Oikeita lakanoita mm. Peitolle emme loppulomalla saaneet ollenkaan vaan se oli patentoitu aluslakanoilla. Myös hygienia välineitä jouduimme soittelemaan jokapäivä lisää. Allinclusive ei vastannut sitä mitä odotimme. Vain tietyt juomat, ruuat ja palvelut kuuluivat siihen ja se oli yllättävän rajattu. Mm. Vesipullot ei kuuluneet tähän. Henkilökunnassa oli muutama ystävällinen henkilö mutta myös sellaisia jotka eivät mm. Tervehtineet ollenkaan. Olen yhteydessä viellä tästä huoneeseen pääsystä yöllä. Se oli jopa pelottavaa.

At first… the Hotel was clean and the furniture was okay but in my opinion not a 4* Hotel. The Location was good. In 20 Minuten you can arrive ayia Napa with bicycles. When we arrived we didn‘t got any information… Upon request, we were given a folder and said we would find all The Information in it. The staff wasn‘t really friendly or helpful. The Food was distigusting to be honest. It was cold and there was no variety. We are both vegeterian and we had literally just potatoes and Chips for lunch and Dinner. The breakfast was also Not worth it there were no Bread—spreads… just „hot“ Food life baked beans and sausages. The bread wasn‘t baked up ist was bright and dry. I wouldn‘t recommend it!

Hotel has got a old dirty room. Food was cold and boring. Definitely what you would not expect from a 4 star hotel. I feel like we were ripped off and far too much euros to spend at a hotel like that. WON‘T BE BACK

Ett 2 stjärnigt hotell som utger sig för att ha 4 stjärnor. Ett omodernt hotell med ytterst tråkig och omysig inredning, gamla rum med okej utförd städning. Receptionistpersonalen, bartenders och ägaren bör inte arbeta inom serviceyrken. Dom enda i personalen som var genuint trevliga var restaurangpersonalen. "A´la carte" restaurangerna serverade dålig färdigmat, inte bättre än bufferestaurangen på något sätt... Vi hade all inclusive under vår vistelse vilket var ett stort misstag. Frukosten hade relativt stort utbud om du gillar att äta billig mat med riktigt dålig kvalité. Lunch och middagsbuffén var desto bättre och hade oftast åtminstone ett alternativ som var gott. Drinkarna och vinet som ingår i all inclusive ska vi inte ens tala om... vinet smaka handsprit och var odrickbart. om du håller dig till öl så är det mer värt. Det enda positiva jag har att säga om dethär hotellet är läget, om du endast vill ligga på stranden eller vid poolen en hel vecka så passar det bra. Stränderna och poolområdet var väldigt bra och det fanns mycket fin snorkling intill hotellet. Tänk på att det är minst 15 - 20min promenad till andra restauranger eller matbutiker så du bör inte vara kräsen med mat om du ska bo här.

Almost everything was horrible at this hotel. Absolutely not worth the money apart from the location. I never would recommend it. This is a 1 star hotel, nothing to do with luxury. It looks like nobody is supervising what happens there and does care about it. This hotel is a joke

The food was terrible, they wouldn't let you book the restaurants on the day had to be day before and Sundays they are closed. Charge to use sunbeds at weekends. Reception man was rude. Room definitely needed upgraded, for a 4 star I would give it a one was the worst place I've ever stayed, luckily I live in Cyprus as this would put u off as a holiday maker

Rigtig god oplevelse hos Dome Beach Hotel! Vi kom i start sæsonen, så vi var nærmest de eneste på hotellet! Det gjorde kun opholdet bedre! Da vi kom opgraderede de os til værelse med havudsigt. Stedet var fint med to store pools, men vi opholdte os mest ved den private strand. Vi havde all inclusive og fik derfor alt vi ønskede at drikke. Både om dagen og om aftenen. Jacuzzi samt andet spa var også inkluderet. Maden var fin, men selvfølgelig bedre nogle dage end andre. Rigtig rent og pænt, også på værelserne. De måtte godt få lidt blødere puder. Hvis du ønsker stille og rolig badeferie uforstyrret på et hotel, så er det her for dig. Alt i alt rigtig god oplevelse! Lidt langt væk fra alt, men ellers fint. Hvis du vil nyde byen og andet på Cypern, så kom i maj. Alt rundt i byen havde primært lukket desværre.

The facilities were great and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only negative thing was the restaurants time tables was a bit confusing ie. the external restaurants didn’t operate for lunch but only dinner and it was not published anywhere.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Hotel were saying the right things, in terms of Covid-19 preventative measures (e.g. the wearing of mask in lobby and buffet) - but there was no enforcement of either staff or guests. Grounds are looking a little unkept, presumably because of staff reductions due to Covid. Otherwise, the beach location is lovely.

Hello, Few observations: Good Points: 1)Hotel is at the beach where less numbers of people were there compared to other beaches , so this was good. 2)Room cleanliness was well maintained ,every day it was cleaned by the housekeeping . 3)Reception staffs were friendly and helpful. 4)Price which i paid was worth for my stay.I used only room and Breakfast service) breakfast was good too,everything was there for a normal person to expect in the the morning to eat :) 5)Sitting space in Lobby is enormous and maintained well. 6)Enormous parking space available. Something to Learn/Modify : 1)Normally Water bottles are provided as a complimentary item , but here it was not there and considering the Summer weather it was required. 2)WiFi in the room was ok, through which you can just connect Whatsapp and small applications but cannot rely to work on big applications (worst case scenario if you want to connect for WORK ,you may have internet speed issue). 3)When we book the rooms on HOTEL.com , it was mentioned Hotel has private beach and YES there was a private beach...BUT...weird part was on WEEKDAY umbrella and benches are free of cost to use but for SAT and SUN its chargeable (5 Euros per person). 4)Even if its mentioned private beach,I observed there were people who were not part of the HOTEL guest but they were still occupying the space at the beach. Overall for the price what i paid it was good to stay. Note : Travelers can contact me if they need more information

Friendly staff, good food, nice hotel but in need of updating, excellent location, gorgeous beach. Saturday and Sunday sun beads available if you are willing to pay (even for hotel guest), beach towels can be changed every 3 days and you have to paid deposit of 10 euros, better housekeeping can go long way.

This hotel is very beautiful hotel. Spaceous and as its a wedding venue it makes it look very beautiful. I liked my room. Quiet overall. The beach is very beautiful, although when you get in the water is very stony.

La struttura in sé bella con spiaggia ombrellone e lettini gratis solo dal lunedì al venerdì, sabato e domenica 10 euro. Un posto adatto per famiglie con bambini. Non è vicino al centro quindi per spostarsi ci vuole il taxi (10 euro) o autobus che non è proprio vicina la fermata Noi abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti e la pulizia lascia desiderare molto. Per avere un cambio letto dopo 6 notti ho chiesto alla reception. Gli asciugamani al di fuori del giorno del arrivo non le mettevano ai per 2 persone. Il rusco del bagno non è stato preso per 3 giorni.

The hotel is nice but not new. Breakfast buffet was great. However, it is unfortunate that the staff makes you feel like a second rate guest if you are not paying for All Inclusive (AI). 1. Sun beds by the beach are extra unless you’re an AI?? but free on week days , 2. Safe in the room is extra??unless you’re AI, 3. WiFi is extra unless you’re AI. Luckily there is free WiFi in the reception area. My daughter and I used the sun beds next to the hotel that were cheaper and were on the better part of the beach.

Flott hotell hvis du er på utkikk etter en destinasjon for soling og bading - virker til å passe godt for barnefamilier. Litt langt å gå inn til sentrum, men alltid behjelpelige med å få tak i taxi via resepsjonen.

Family orientated hotel and atmosphere, excellent breakfast buffet, family bedroom dated, expensive beverages at the pool bars. Two beautiful outdoor pools and stunning beach, good wifi, loud music throughout the day, need taxi to visit centrum, but nice restaurant close by.

Charging for lounger on hotel beach told only those who were all inclusive could use as hotel guests. Lot of rubbish on beach. Top of fridge in room had a layer of dust and door of fridge covered with dirty marks. Found long hair stuck to side of bath. Rooms cleaned but no bag put into toilet bin or tea bags etc restocked. No air conditioning in lobby. Disappointed as expected better for prices paid.
