Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es es nur 2 Sterne hat. Aber dafür war soweit alles in Ordnung. Sonderwünsche wurden anstandslos erfüllt. Eine Trinkgeldbox für die Angestellten habe ich vermisst.

De hotelkamer was erg vies. Er zaten grote vlekken in de vloerbedekkingen en een paar gaten in de muur. Gelukkig hadden wij er geen avondeten bij geboekt. Eerste avond in het hotel gegeten maar daar hadden we spijt van. Aardappeltjes waar het vet vanaf droop en ze waren koud. De gebakken vis smaakte wel maar was vet en koud. Het ontbijt was erg simpel en weinig keuze. De mensen van de receptie en van de huishouding waren allemaal heel vriendelijk. De omgeving zelf is heel mooi. Op 100 meter afstand ben je op het strand met een grote speeltuin erbij.

The price was good for what I was looking for. A little further from the airport that I thought and when I asked about a shuttle she said yes only to find out that it was a $35 taxi ride and not a shuttle. Also the bed had no sheets, I found a blanket in the cabinet and used that to sleep on. Good restaraunts nearby.

Disappointing family weekend away
The hotel is terrible. Dirty and needs a huge overhaule. A hole for toilet door handle, dirty mattresses for my kids to sleep on. The mattress were so bent neither child slept that night. We also had a kettle that never worked,called reception and they told my husband to fetch a new one himself. I am so disappointed,we redeemed out free nights on this horrible place. We checked out after one night. Receptionist refused to cancel our second night. She was rude and didn’t take well to criticism. I would appreciate getting my redeemed nights back please so I can uses it on a Hotel that’s worthy. Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their listing.

The staff were all very friendly. It was very clean. The food was always really nice. Definitely will come back again.

We had to ask for a plug for the bath and sink and was only allowed one to share in both. Hotel rooms very tired. Sheets and towels only changed every three days (in a very hot country). Had to pay to hire a fridge. Provided a kettle, cups and glasses but no spoons, no tea, coffee, sugar or milk and when we asked for them were told "You don't get that, this is only a 2* what do you expect". We were on the first floor and opposite the fire exit, which was left open 24/7, so anybody could get in without being noticed. We were B&B and the food was extremely limited and not very hot. We had Air Conditioning in our room but the remote didn't work so it was stuck on full or off, no replacement given. The manageress was a very nice lady and I'm sure that she would like the hotel to be as best it can be, so I don't blame her. When we checked out, the receptionist tried to charge us for drinks we buy. I refused to pay, she didn't believe me, but took it off of the bill. Be very careful about what is being charged to your room because you don't have to sign for anything, it's just charged. Sorry to say that I wouldn't stay again, and it's a shame.

Wir waren im 4.Stock aufzug ging nur bis zum 3. . Aber Bewegung hält jung heißt es. Wir hatten Halbpension Frühstück war sehr gut und und vielfältig für jeden Geschmack, Abendessen gab es auch verschiedene Speisen waren sehr lecker.

Daily cleaning service and towel change etc was good but things we didn’t like was the breakfast, limited plug sockets in the room, only 2 worked, some staff were unhelpful, toilet was off it’s hinges, swimming pool ladder steps broke off as someone was climbing out, have to pay extra for the safe, the fridge and not allowed to order food in or take breakfast up to your room. Was under charged when checking in and front desk and they thought it was ok to call our room and wake us up at 2.40am instant that we went down at that exact moment to pay the rest and that it couldn’t wait until the morning even though it was only our first night. Staff relatives visiting were allowed to dance on the pool table with staff and kids using the que’s as swords. Staff all around but no hello’s or good mornings etc

Dear Theo Sorry that our hotel didn’t meet your expectations.We are disappointed that due to your holiday in our hotel you haven’t mentioned any of the above complaints ,especially we was talking daily, watching the football,making jokes with your daughter etcYes,the food from the breakfast buffet is not allowed to take it to the room The safe box and fridge you knew when you made the reservation that is going to be with extra chargeRegarding the payment for your reservation, the receptionist asked you to made the payment after your aggressive behaviour, after questioning us why we tried to take the prepayment for your reservations , when you was informed regarding payment or you should know if you have had read the policy of your reservation.The people dancing on the pool table you are referring to the small very energetic 3 year boy that was running everywhere and jumping on the table to attack the attention on him or playing with the cues.

Amazing place for holidays
Amazing staff with outstanding customer service. Very supportive reception, poolside waiters and cleaning team. Whatever we ask for we always get. Absolutely nothing to complain at all. Very good breakfast topped up until 10 am when meal is finished. Hotel bar with good variety of drinks in very good prices. Sunbeds in very good condition. Very nice and clean pool with great warm water. Niece selection of food until 10 pm in the good prices as well. Good public transport with bus stop in front of the hotel. Bus is going every 20 minutes.

Staff are indifferent to individual guests needs. When I thought it right at 9pm to complain of the discotheque and inappropriate content in the music, the owner questioned “well what can I do? Come down and have a wine”. They were happy they were raking o the money but, showed no concern about their other guests who I know were very unhappy also. The food is blah! When I was leaving the other sister owner after not speaking to me, asks me in a sarcastic tone “why you leaving, you not like our hotel? Absolutely not! Bathroom and shower cubicle was so tiny, you move up or down, yet alone trying to get in out. Terrible all round l! Except for cleaning staff. Good people!

Per giungere all'hotel mettere via Zinonos, Pyla e si arriva al parcheggio, con 15 posti disponibili. Diversamente ti ritrovi lontano e non nel punto preciso. Pregi: aria condizionata, efficace in tempi brevi, infissi che isolano bene, doccia potente e zona molto tranquilla che permette di dormire bene. La colazione è normale in varietà, quantità e qualità, non ha croissant e un macchinario che fa caffè e cappuccino. Carina la sala colazione, a fianco della piscina tenuta in ordine. Vi è anche la presenza di un biliardo. Ok la connessione Wifi in camera. Livello di pulizia normale. Questo hotel è posizionato a circa 2 km da Alamo Beach, una spiaggia che ci è piaciuta molto per tranquillità, attrezzature ginniche presenti e servizi. La camera ha prezzo più basso rispetto alla media perché serve manutenzione, nella nostra camera la moquette era arricciata e rovinata in più punti. Il bagno è piccolo, le persone alte che si siedono sul WC toccano con le ginocchia la vasca. Materassi troppo molli, arredamento datato, manca il frigo bar. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato dato un foglio con diverse informazioni, tra le quali: “il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani viene fatto ogni 3 giorni, la cassetta di sicurezza costa 2 Euro al giorno su richiesta. Stampare fogli come ticket aerei 0,20 a pagina… Sono tutti servizi che vengono dati gratuitamente dagli altri hotel, giudizio sufficiente.

A cost effective spring board for Larnaca
A convenient location around 10 km from Larnaca on a major road. Has a decent if basic breakfast that is complimentary which is very good for the price that we paid for. Has a car park and we had no difficulty, although we did travel in March. Would be tricky for someone without a car as there are very few amenities or attractions close by. For us it was a perfect springboard to explore Larnaca, Ayia Napa and their surroundings

The rooms were small but that really didn’t matter. The employees were phenomenal and focused on customer satisfaction. The breakfast was second to none. The WiFi was also very good. Highly recommended. I’ll return again

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in good location. Rather small but clean rooms. Good breakfast. Excellent choice for budget accommodation near Larnaca.

Only stay as a last result.
very disappointed with the facilities including having to make my own bed, torn bed sheets, and lack of tea/coffee facilities including a kettle in the room (although we were told they would be provided). The mattress was hard which affected my sleep, we were also promised toothbrushes, toothpaste, and a bar of soap that was not provided, so we ended up spending extra money for them. The bath towel was stained and we felt offended that there was a daily charge for renting a fridge!!! I was even charged 1.80 for a tea bag that I refused to pay for, instead, the local restaurant gave me some for free and even better quality once. The breakfast was very disappointing and even gave me diarrhea on my return home. Some staff was friendly, whilst others had attitude problems.
