We loved our stay here. Front desk staff was amazing. Room was great, breakfast lunch and dinner top notch. Close to everything in protaras. Would definitely stay here again

We asked the reception desk a few queries, booking dinner in the alternative restaurants etc. Everything was too much effort, we just walked away in the end. Will not be coming back here.

The hotel was clean. We asked for another pillow and the fridge wasn’t cold however this was sorted. The food was ok. The lady at the spa was lovely. Very professional and friendly. The massage was very good. The lifts were very small. You had to get up very early to get a sun chair.

Great hotel with great value for the money!
Great hotel with great value for the money paid. The customer service in this hotel was one of the best I have seen so far. Very Friendly and helpfull staff members. Great food, good standard of the rooms and great AC in the rooms. Compared to the other Tsokkos hotels nearby, this is by far the best one without a doubt! Only downside was the Wifi wich was not included and quite pricy.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt gut und zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Der Speisesaal, die Lobby und der Frühstückbereich sind sehr schön und stylisch. Unser Zimmer war ein bisschen abgewohnt und nicht sehr sauber. Die Nächte sind sehr laut, es fährt die Müllabfuhr und man hört die Musik von den umliegenden Hotels. Es waren extrem viele Kinder aller Altersgruppen anwesend. Also, falls jemand ein adults only Hotel bevorzugt, ist dort falsch aufgehoben.

The hotel needs renovation! The pool area was not so good! The room was supposed to be renovated however this was not fully renovated! The only good thing was the view! Anyway i will never book again.

Okay hotel that was advertised as beachfront. Old photos not updated as now three hotels have been built i front of Odessa obscuring the beach view. Another is currently under co structuon and this will block out last ocean view. Some slits of ocean view remain between each hotel but this may go when last one is completed. Porter actually apologised to us for the lack of ocean view. Wifi is charged at €10 per day so we wandered to local cafe and they were happy for us to use wifi. Hotel seems to cater for Russian/Ukraine families I suppose these are their largest clientele. Electrics turned off every time the balcony door was opened. Further€2 charge for fridge and further daily euro charge to use room safe. I've travelled a lot and haven't come across a room safe charge before or a charge to use the room mini fridge. Easy walk to local restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was substantial but I wouldn't rebook here

Bad service
Asking money for wifi is something very old fashioned, but if you do please make sure it works well! And for the hotel management I like to advice you to give some more freedom to your employees, trust them and give them the responsibilities to act accordingly. I booked two rooms for two nights but due to an emergency my colleague couldn't join, I didn't even try to gain back any money for the last minute cancelled second room but it would have been a nice gesture if you show some empathy ore compensate with an upgrade/free internet or whatever instead of charging for internet which is disconnecting all the time and starting a discussion with your visitor about nothing.

Just OK, definately not a 4* hotel
Hotel needs a lot of improvement and renovation. Rooms are aged and bathroom also. We were on BB basis and asked to buy something (snacks) near the pool and the reply was: we don't sell anything, the buffet will open for the all inclusive guests only. Also, i find it unacceptable in 2018 to have to pay for WiFi in a 4* hotel.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο σε καλή τοποθεσία αλλά είναι απαράδεκτο να σε χρεώνει για wifi σε κοινόχρηστους χώρους καθώς και για την χρήση απλά και μόνο του ψυγείου στο δωμάτιο.

Great Location
Fresh looking reception, modern feel. Quick check-in but no night porter to help with bags. Bright, spacious room with a comfy bed. Some of the bed linen was a bit tatty though. Outside was a lovely terraced area, although sea-view was blocked by a new build. There was a strange smell by the ground floor lifts and outside on the grassy area where people sunbathe (possibly from the recycle bins nearby or the drainage from the sprinklers). Pools were very busy and often there were not any sun longers free, especially when guests claimed them with their towels! So we would use the grassy area outside our room or go to the beach 5 mins away. Buffet style breakfast with lots of choice and a good selection at lunch. Ate out in the evening as the hotel is minutes away from the main strip, where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops; the majority of them were family friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Hotel ist schlechter als in allgemein angegeben!
Personal unfreundlich, unzufriedener Eindruck. Zimmer entsprach nicht mehr der Zeit und sicher keinem 4-Sterne Hotel. Badezimmer eng, extrem abgenützt und Dusche mehr ein Rinnsal. Möbel fielen fast auseinander. Safe, Kühlschrank und Internet sollten bei 4-Sterne Hotel inklusive sein! Essen langweilig, nicht frisch, Speisesaal dunkel, Frühstück sehr lieblos und kaum frische Sachen... Massenabfertigung! Getränkebestellung sehr umständlich und nervig. Extrem lautes Unterhaltungsprogramm bis teilweise Mitternacht vom Hotel gegenüber bzw. lautes Kinderprogramm beim Abendessen direkt vor dem Speisesaal im Freien. Allgemein ist es außerhalb der Anlage sehr viel schöner, tolle Restaurants in der nächsten Nähe und Leute sehr viel freundlicher. Hotel müsste insgesamt komplett renoviert werden, da in die Jahre gekommen. Bewertungen und Kategorisierung entsprechen nicht der Situation Vorort (Hotel entspricht 2 od. 3 Sterne-Kategorie), unfreundliches Personal.

Nice hotel close to beach and facilities
Nice enough hotel with lovely pool and sun loungers. very grand entrance lobby and public areas but this did not continue to the room corridors. The rooms and corridors are a little tried and certainly the linens and towels were clean but old or well used. The hotel was excellent at accommodating all inclusive customers. Our stay was on a bed and breakfast basis, there was a huge choice available for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location as it close to the main avenue but without any noise or disturbance from the night life, close to the beach, which also has a selection of eateries for day or evening dinning.

Tsokkis the chain that likes to bump you
We arrived at 11:30 on the Wednesday night only to find we had been moved to a different hotel a 15 minute taxi ride away. This is despite the fact we had booked the room in November over 6 months earlier. If it weren't for the fact that we were there for a family wedding and the father of the bride went ape with the hotel management we would have spent all our time on a hotel we didn't book. While wd were sorting all of this out we came across several families who were also being bumped from one hotel in the chain to another so this was clearly common practice for this chain

Good location(not far seaside, centr of city, supermarkets and restaurants) Minuses are: FiWi was for extra payment 10 euro/per day and all beverages for dinner for extra payment as well.(possible to ask a glass of water for free)

Das Hotel in Protaras wird fast ausschließlich besucht von russischen und englischen Gästen. Es ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Vom Hotel selbst darf man sich aber keinen besonderen Komfort erwarten. Alles wirkt lieblos, sowohl in der Lobby, als auch den Essbereichen, dem Pool und den Zimmern. Der Whirlpool war nicht nutzbar, weil schmutzig. WLan im Hotel teuer. Das Essen ist Kantinen-Niveau. Man wird satt, aber einer Genuss ist es nicht. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber. Absolut zu bemängeln ist der Service. Lieblos ist nicht nur dir Ausstattung des Hotels, sondern auch die Rezeption. Gäste werden dort abgefertigt. Ein Lächeln sehen die Gäste eigentlich nie. Fragen sind eher lästig. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben uns wenig willkommen gefühlt.
