Sehr nette Unterkunft mit super netten und hilfsbereiten Personal. Sehr schöne Strandbar mit leckeren Speisen und Getränken . Sehr schöner kleiner Strand, schöne kleine Bucht zwar etwas überlaufen, aber auf den tollen Sonnenliegen des Hotels, macht das nichts.

Az ételek és a koktélok nagyon finomak, bőségesek. Amelyik napon takarítottak a szobában, nagyjából tisztaság volt, de több dolog (aprópénz,cigaretta) is eltűnt a szobánkból takarítás után. A hotel maga nagyon tiszta és igényes. A személyzet (pincérek,pultosok,recepciósok,animátorok) csodálatos, mindenki nagyon kedves, segítőkész és figyelmes. Születésnapra még külön meglepetéssel is készültek. A part nagyon közel van és csodaszép kék a víz, bár ebben az időszakban még elég hideg. Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk, valószínűleg visszatérünk még.

Veldig dårlige rom og standard til å være 4 stjerners. Begynte første natt med å komme til en ulåst før mellom våres rom og et annet, så endte med at jeg trudde det var et ekstra rom men nei rett inn til noen andre som skrek da jeg åpnet… Uteområdet var det eneste posetive.

Rooms not refubriashed as per photos on websitr
We got a non refubrished room. It the hotels.com website was showing only refubrished rooms that why we booked it.

Dear Mr Andonis, Thank you for your review. Please note that we have not refurbished any of our rooms but had FULLY RENOVATE double occupancy rooms and suites on our main building. All family rooms with bunk beds as per your booking will be renovated this coming Winter. We have checked Hotels.com as well as all room photos on web and didn' t find any information and / or photos showing that the family rooms with bunk beds were renovated.

The receptionist was very helpful in ammending our reservation. There was a confusion between booking a family room or a triple room ... so be careful when booking to know exactly what it is. The whole experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Hotel is very clean and rooms very well equipped.

The property was pretty good. The room was smaller then in the picture. And the system is old (key system and only one key for 3 persons)

Excelente opción en Ayia Napa
Estuve 13 días en opción all inclusive. Hotel muy cómodo, funcional con todo a mano. Excelente atención de todo el personal siempre bien dispuesto. Comida adecuada. Playa excelente con arena blanca y agua cristalina, aunque en ocasiones aparece sobrenadante originado por embarcaciones de watersports. Frente del hotel sobre Nissi Ave y fondo sobre playa. Centro de Ayia Napa 30 minutos caminando. Volveria sin dudas.

The family rooms, with twin beds and bunk beds are not really big enough for a family of four. The pictures on the website make the rooms big bigger than they appear. The pool area is good with access to the beach. Evening entertainment could be much better, was more like a add on rather than integral part of the evening. Focussed on adults rather than families.

Fantastic week in Pavlo Napa!
Generally more than happy with the stay for the week in Pavlo Napa, and would 100% visit again. We were not given alot of information upon arriving at the hotel reception about the facilities and services offered etc.. However we quickly got to grips and really enjoyed our time especially around the pool in the day with the entertainments team, and in the evening for the mini disco and entertainment. Food was great with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner severed as buffet style. I was however disappointed that ice creams for the kids were only available at lunch time and were limited in selection. The Hotel has direct access onto the beach (Sandy Bay) which was great for watersports and cheaper than nearby Nissi Beach. The hotel is located between centrally on Nissi Ave, approx 1 Mile walk to either Nissi Beach in one direction or Ayia Napa square in the other direction. Wi-Fi was available across the hotel and pool which is a bonus for me. Although with EU data roaming on UK mobiles now inclusive i didn't have to worry about phone costs too much.

It's 20 mintues walk to the center, the air condition didn't work so well but they agrreed to relocate me to another room. The beach is great

Not a 4 star!
Given the hotel had a 4 star rating we expected more than what we found. Note that we were accommodated in the new building. Pros: Great breakfast Very helpful staff Cons: Building and rooms were not well maintained. The room needed some serious update. Definitely not a 4 star. We stayed in a 2 star in larnaca that was 100 times better. The bathroom was very dirty. The bathtub was yellow. I didn't want to step bearfoot. Beach was nice, but note that there is a huge building that was constructed right next to the beach so apart from having an eyesore it was also very noisy. Overall, if you are looking to stay close to Nissi beach and would like to pay up for a location on a beach that you wouldn't use, go for it.

Das Personal in der Lobby war freundlich. Das Wetter war herrlich und auch das Meer. Das Hotel ist schon älter, im Bad zwischen den Fugen war Schimmel. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr bescheiden, beim Nachfüllen haben sie sich sehr viel Zeit gelassen.

Very Pleasant Stay.
Impressive indoor pool, great location right on the beach, fantastic value for money, good customer service, comfortable and clean. What more can I say, other than that I would stay there again.

Fick ett fint rum med havsutsikt åt två håll. Rent och snyggt. Tyvärr var detta ett familjerum där grannen var högljudd och hade TVn på hela natten. Mycket störande. Men hotellet tog hand om det. Hade halvpension men skulle räckt med frukost. Där fanns allt man kan tänka. Blir lite tråkigt efter ett tag med buffé. Viss mat god men annars medelmåttigt. Fin pool både ute och inne. Även gym. Hotellet ligger lite i utkanten vilket är skönt. Mycket fin liten strand precis nedanför. Bra gångstigar ut med hela kusten om man vill motionera. Tack till trevlig personal i receptionen som skickade upp bubbel och frukt på vår bröllopsdag. Mycket nöjd!

I am happy to recommend, reasonable value.
It was a relaxing stay due to low season, however, dining and overall service remained consistently high. The room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. I will have no second thoughts staying here again. Location and amenities met our needs. Petrol station is a few miles away and the busier part of town was a short stroll from the hotel. Overall experience - wonderful.
