Hi Michelle,Thank you for your review regarding your stay with us. My apologies that the washing machine was not working during your stay. The technician was called to attend and unfortunately couldn't until after you departed. If we were informed that this was a issue we could have looked at relocating to another apartment. We did not have any roof repairs scheduled in during your stay, there was an private apartment on the same level undertaking some bathroom renovations and this may have been the noise you heard. Unfortunately we have very little control over these owners carrying out works but we do try to restrict it to certain times of the day, I hope that we can welcome you back to Cullen Bay Resorts.Regards Rose

I know it was pretty wet and windy when you stayed and the rain did unfortunately happen to bring with it a lot of the flying insects as we had hundreds of them at the front entrance to the building.
