Pearl, we have such high scores for cleanliness that possibly it may have been the AC cleaner that was used in your room the day before. We are deep cleaning all rooms and this one chemical removes dust and debris within the AC coils. I do apologize for that being a part of your stay. WHen you come back we will always move you to a different room or upgrade you to a suite when available.

Please allow the bank to release the authorization hold to you in accordance with your banking establishments time frame typically within 3-5 business days from the date of check out. We most certainly want you to have everything you are due and are very happy that Las Cruces has many other properties that may be more to your liking. Most of our guest never mention the train across the street. Most of our guests are repeated guests. The free ear buds are something we have recently started to offer just in case a new guest may possible hear the train. Our property is very very large and we would have hoped your property would have been as lovely for you as our other guests. Safe travels and we are so happy you chose another Best Western!
