the property sits on the dirt lot. the pool is abandoned, a sore eyesight. the room has no AC. the thermostat hung be a wire not attached to the wall. i wouldn't stay there even they pay me.

RUN AWAY!!! The absolute worst hotel/motel experience of my entire 54 years of life. Vomit in the common hallway, improper lighting in common areas, I was given a DIRTY ROOM- blood on sheets, wet towels, full trashcans…absolutely disgusting. No room number on my room, door had been kicked in previously as noted by the separated door frame…cops in front lot arresting people, car in back lot selling drugs at the same time. HORROR SHOW. Nightmare hotel. I am demanding g a FULL REFUND.

The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were several dining options within walking distance or a short, easy drive.

After checking in, had to move rooms. First room only blows hot air. Next room not much better but tired from traveling. Just want to sleep. Tub is stained. Obviously room has not been vacuumed because found a charger on the floor.

The fitness center was closed for no apparent reason. One of two rooms did not have a shower curtain. The other bathtub had silted, brown water coming out. There was no coffee service and there was no complimentary breakfast as stated for amenities and services. The deadbolt on the entry was broken.

I didn’t stay. Somehow 26 rooms were overbooked and when I arrived at 8:45 they said I would have to wait while they figured out when rooms would be cleaned and if there would be a room for me. At least five other people got tired of waiting and asked for a cancellation. I ended up canceling because they couldn’t even give an idea when they would know if there were any rooms. Plus I used the restroom off the lobby and it was really run down and smelled like urine. Also while waiting a woman came to the desk and said she was leaving and wanted a cancellation because no one came to fix the window on her 1st floor room….there was no way to lock it and it could be opened from the outside. I felt bad for the people behind the desk. It is clear that they are cutting corners from a corporate level…overbooking and not hiring enough people to stay on top of repairs and cleaning! I will never stay at a La Quinta after this experience,

My room stinks, the shower curtain smells of something rotten yet chemically, the towels are stained, there's only have a roll of TP, the tissue box is missing, the iron is missing and someone removed the smoke detector. The mini dove bar was cool. Lesson learned.... Don't stay in Las Cruses and don't cheap out on a hotel. You can do better La Quinta

We got to the hotel late due to storms and road construction, so there were not any king bed rooms available though that was our reservation. The property is old and very worn and not maintained. The desk clerk said breakfast would be at 6 am. When we got downstairs at 6:20 am there was a sign saying there was no breakfast available. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will not be staying at this place again,

Broken AC. Became too late to accomodate in different room requested a refund for one of the rooms and they made it seem like it was approved but then was told that it wasnt and that it never would be.

The building was unkept. We were on the second floor and there was no elevator, we had to walk up stairs. We are 65 years of age. The grounds were unkept and dingy. There was no "breakfast" nor food of any kind. There wasn't even any coffee available downstairs. Just the cheap coffee pods in the room. It would have been ok for a $65/night, but I paid $158/night and I smelled marijuana in the hallways. I have nothing against pot, but it is supposed to be a smoke-free place. I will not stay here again.

I do apologize for not being able to accommodate you with a bottom floor. Unfortunately, do to the demand that weekend we did have unusually high rates. One way to ensure a desirable room selection would be to call the hotel directly the day of arrival to see what we can do to meet those accommodations. we are always eager to assist in any way we can.

alright this place was disgusting. the room smelled terrible. like so terrible. we attempted to switch rooms bc of the super kind lady at the desk to enter a room which smelled even worse. so we retreated to the first room. the sheets were stained on one bed. one hundred percent not recommended. there is apparently a newer hotel across the street...might be worth checking out.

Front desk agents clearly overworked, rooms not clean because of staffing issues (according to front desk.) Broken windows, stained carpets, mold in bathroom, security lock broken on room door. Breakfast not provided even though it’s advertised was told they didn’t have staff or money for providing breakfast. Terrible place to stay . The grounds around the hotel are also not maintained, trash and weeds throughout. Disgusting

The stay at this hotel was horrendous. Customer service atrocious. Attendant made us wait about 20 minutes while he physically checked if there was any available clean room for us, although I had a reservation. The carpet, and the chairs were filthy. The whole room as simply unsanitary. Rust in the shower head, no light bulbs for the lamps, bathroom door damaged, missing grate for the air flow vent. Never again! Unfortunately we need to stay one night.

What i didn't like was how we were treated by staff and owners. They were ruthless, obnoxious. Threatened us I got rude back at them also. We only spent one night, threw us out the next day, because of the situation. They kept my money, refunded me back nope. Another guest that was there also, couldn't wait until she got out of there. Their reviews weren't so great so good either.😡

Super disappointed. Rooms were not ready to check in at 5pm. Rooms were not cleaned, tv and air conditioning did not work and although they advertised a breakfast there was not even coffee available.

We usually stay at this property when in Las Cruces but next time we will look other places. No remote in room, light bulbs out in lamps, not enough towels and just didn’t seemed to be cleaned with care as it usually is.

There was to be breakfast there's wasn't. We were told that check in but that did not lower my rate it was to take two or three days to fix.I check on the internet two check the rates for next Friday. They were the same ad I paid making me think that you quit having breakfast.You should take breakfast off the internet. There was no ice machine or refrigerator

We came in late off the road tired and wanting to get in our room i had reserved. My key didnt work after 2 trips back to the front desk it still didnt work. They had to do someone with a handheld keyboard after about 10 minutes it opened but then the room was cleane so we had to get anotjer room

Prepaid for a room but when I arrived there were 6 other people waiting in the lobby that also reserved but they had no clean rooms. Waited for 30 min and never saw anyone in staff. Heard they couldn’t find the maid so the lady working at the front desk was cleaning rooms 1 by 1. Absolutely horrible service. I ended up leaving and spending more money else where.

The place s basically shut down for construction. So they am everyone on one side and all facilities were shut down. They had one person working and when their shift ended no front staff until 8 am the next day. No breakfast offered, yet when you rent the place it said it was offered.
