I dislike the yellow dirty towels, that place needs a good housekeeper. There was pee in the toilet, the bedss need to be replaced. It was dirty and old

Unable to take food out of the breakfast area even if not taking back to room. Staff was short did not really engage during check-in.

Bedbug city tried to cancel but expedia lied about deadline to cancel. It was cancilable till 2pm I called at 8 am. Not possible. Dont stay here and dont use expedia. I never will again

When we went to our assigned room after checkin, we found it had not been cleaned since the last guests-bed unmade, etc. Staff was helpful in moving us to another room. Pool was empty, and train noise was noticeable at night. Breakfast was minimal.

The carpet was sticky. The shower head leaked. The bed was lumpy. The pillows were lumpy. The muffins at the continental breakfast were stale and old. There were men loitering outside their doors screaming at one another from room to room.

When we arrived, the room had a strong stench of dust and foot sweat. This made it a little harder for us to fall asleep. As we proceeded to make our way to the restroom, we noticed cockroaches vacating the room.

Pool empty and full of dirt/trash- front desk always closed- you need to ring a bell to get the onsite-living family to come down from their home to see what you need.

Check in staff was very nice. The lobby was locked and on a ring doorbell. But the ice and vending were also locked.

Very friendly people. Nice room but cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. The breakfast bar needed to be supplied, we had to ask for more of everything.

First red flag was you have to be buzzed in and talk through a ring camera. Second red flag was my first room I got was dirty and not even clean. Beds messed up towels and cups everywhere. 3rd and final red flag, I was given a 2nd room and the lights, TV and shower weren't working. When I layed on the bed it was so uncomfortable and I was wondering why it was so hard and plastic. When I look at the mattress it had a bed bug cover on it and upon looking closer the bed bug case was ripped and I saw bed bug feces all over the sheets. I ended up leaving withing an hour of getting my room. Left the key in the room since the lady in front was ignoring me when I said I need a refund through the ring camera. As i was leaving i heard gunshots and a guy running for help. I'll be calling my bank to cancel their deposit and pet fee. Expedia refunded me that night. Place need to be shut down and updated severely. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 30 bucks and get a clean reliable room somewhere else.

With do respect, simply not true. This gentleman didn’t even end up staying in the room, he took off due to personal reasons, and didn’t even talked to us. This same gentleman is trying to get some attention.

Overall, it met a need. And they are working on it. The linens for bed were newer. Carpet appeared new. But the towels were ancient. No batteries for the remote. Turned it on manually but could only get one channel. The sink was very slow to drain and the toilet was temperamental. Staff was great. Very nice. Property is well lit

The room was ok for the money. What wasn’t ok was absolutely no grass for dog to go. All that was for dogs was rocky area and my little guy had a hard time walking on the rocks. If you don’t have a grassy area for dogs, don’t advertise that you are pet friendly.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and courteous and helpful. Coffee machines in the room had never been cleaned because I ran water through it 5 different times and the water still tasted like coffee when I was making tea. Not enough towels in the room. Had to ask for more.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Where do we start- Dirty stained towels Blood on sheets yes actual blood Dirty floors. Bathroom and whole room disgusting Microwave full of rust When we showed the hotel manager he dismissed it all and started to try and blame us for using the towels. He even said that having rust in a microwave isn't bad for you omg...and dismissed the blood on sheets. Wow he was super impolite and not educated to health matters in his hotel. Will be reporting this to health and safety.

Sheets had blood they didn’t changed them not even clean the room or restroom, blood on the shower as well, toothpaste on the sick this was my most terrible experiences on a hotel.

The staff is very friendly we had a good stay. They do need improvement on the rooms the bed spread had holes in and the fridge was so nasty that we just didn't use it. But if we took those two items out of the equation, it was a great stay.

The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the quilt. The room was spacious. Parking was limited. Breakfast was basically bread and juice; not good at all.
