Although breakfast was part of the deal, it was not worth it. Sugary, cold cereal and toast only; no fruit. Stains on the carpet looked like hairy clumps. Problems with shower and tub faucets. Bad smell in the room.

I called to say I was coming late. I showed up and my room was not available anymore. Dirty room and toilet did not work. Nobody to help when I needed

I lost a folder containing some very important documents to my car. I had it in my room when i checked in and the following day it was missing when I returned from a day out with my sister. I have yet to even get them thru the mail. I asked the manager and he acted like he knew nothing.

Toilets didn’t flush. Had to use a toilet plunger. Bathroom extremely dirty. Hallways dirty. Only one towel available. One piece of soap. Breakfast only cereal and toast and oatmeal. Coffee okay. Beds were super hard. Couldn’t sleep. Crappy motel overall.

The previous night was spend in an identically priced motel 150 miles to the north of this one. Its flaws were innumerable but that's what you get for $50, I thought.. This Super8 motel was perfect in every way the the previous one was flawed. Two motels at opposite ends of the quality spectrum. I would stay there again without hesitation!

Service was great. Breakfast was servicable. There was an issue with plumbing in our bathroom and the water not draining in the tub or sink, however staff readily adressed the issue.

This property needs rehabbing. We were placed on the first floor, but were uncomfortable with a window that opened limited, but opened. And there was a large stain on one of the sheets. They moved us to the second floor. Better, but the sink drained so slowly it backed up and there was no drain-o on site. The option would have been a 3rd room. The breakfast was awful. Nothing but presweetened stuff, except for the bread, milk, and cuties. The staff did the best they could, but what they have to work with…..

Pretty dirty and dingy carpet and bedding. Not very clean and don’t smell very good. Decent location off the highway but if you have kids and are on a family trip I would find somewhere else nicer to stay. Needs a renovation

Very clean and comfortable. Nice view of the Organ Mountains. The breakfast barely qualified as breakfast though. I would return to this motel.

We stayed at 3 different super 8 properties over a 2 week period. Each property had some furniture items that needed repairs or replaced. Carpet in one needed to be cleaned/replaced. Sink in one had no stopper. Not a great thing when you have contacts. Refrigerators in all 3 properties we not the same. Some had freezer compartments, which is great for refreezing cooler packs, some did not.

Room was comfortable and didn't have one of those awful noisy heat/air conditioning machines. We had a dog so I would rather have no carpet. Safe was nice.

For the cost, the hotel should do some upgrades at least on towels, bedding and breakfast. There is a certain expectation when staying at super 8 but this was way below the usual standard even from them. There is no reason for not having a clean place even if things aren’t new. Cleanliness was bad. Tub was dirty and with hair left in the drain and carpet was full of dog hair to name just that. The staff was really nice and courteous though.

I usually have really good luck with Super 8. But my room smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpet was stained and dirty, and it seemed like it had dog hair all over it. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the countertop was dirty and had someone’s beard shavings all over it. The shower was disgusting, shower curtain had black mold spots on it and leftover soap on one of the shelves.The bathroom floor along with the rest of the room had not been cleaned anytime recently. Just overall disgusting and would not recommend. Staff was friendly but I would never stay at this one again.
