This property has a fair mix of pros and cons. Pros: Clean, safe, family friendly, extremely quiet, spacious rooms, fun pool area, close enough to the strip to be convenient, far enough away to be calm and quiet.
Cons: This property doesn't seem to be managed well at all. Certainly not to typical Hilton standards. My family came for the pools and waterslides. I called prior to making my reservation to ensure that the pools and slides would be open. Upon arrival this was not the case. Only 1 of the 8 days of our stay were all the slides in operation. Most of the days none of the slides were open or they would be open briefly and then abruptly close. We were told this was due to "staffing issues." Since the waterslides were the entire reason we chose this hotel, this was extremely disappointing. With an 8 day stay you only get room cleaning one time. This quickly became a nuisance as trash piled up and we ran out of consumables like toilet paper and coffee. When housekeeping did service the room they did not clean anything, only made the bed and brought fresh towels. The housekeeper took all the linens off the sofa bed my kids were sleeping on and then did not replace them. We got home late to no place for the kids to sleep! It took 4 interactions with the front desk over a 2 hour period to get sheets for that bed. It was after midnight by the time my kids were able to get to sleep. One toilet ran constantly and the thermostat didn't work at all. I expected more from Hilton.
