아침에 온수가 나오지않아 너무 춥게 씻었어요 베딩의 청결도라든지 포근함은 전혀 없고 플라밍고에서 1박이후 목감기 걸려 고생했네요

6일 동안 청소 안해줌
6일 동안 방청소를 한번도 안해주고 수건등을 교체 하지 않아 수건을 받으로 다녀야 했습니다. 방 쓰레기도 스스로 치워서 방문 앞에 내놔야 해서 불편했어요 전망 좋은 방으로 업그레이드해서 전망만 좋은 호텔 그외 서비스는 편했어요.

지은지 오래되었으나 리모델링을 훌륭하게 하여 깔끔한 느낌이며, 숙박 수용인원이 워낙 대규모라 그런지 체크인도 키오스크로 모두 해결됩니다. 그렇게 많은 호텔 숙박객들을 안내해주는 직원은 열명정도... 체크아웃은 그냥 출차할 때 그 옆 카드박스에 넣었어요. 그 시간대면 그냥 출차 열어주나봐요. 그거말고는 불편했던 것은 없어요.

Never reserve this hotel
I didn't get a room for the amount I paid for. I booked a high roller view but couldn't see it at all and looked at the roof of another building with a ventilator. This hotel overbooked and gave me no other options such as refunding the difference, moving to another room. they were rude and unprofessional in dealing with any problems that might arise. Check-in was also very long, the room was very old, the towels seemed to have holes soon, and there were dirty towels. (I have a picture of towel) My stay at this hotel was the worst and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property location was the driving factor for our choice. Having the ability to drive or walk for our plans gave us more options during our packed weekend. The staff here were awesome. The property is busy so the rundown look makes sense. This is not the $1k a night option. In the rooms, the bedside lamps which are on bendable arms were broken on both beds, nearly concussing both guests. Adding the subtle use of duct tape to affix broken bits and bobs around the place and it definitely lowers the "glam" factor. Again, the most accessible properties probably have a hard time keeping up with maintenance when you have folks traveling who are hard on "the nice things" we all want to enjoy. What used to seem like accessible glam is slowly sliding into sand-side shanty town. I hope the property gets a good refresh soon. Needs it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well located, near tram. The magnetic card system, especially in the elevators was a real joke with your floor selection disappearing or not selectable.
