The staff was very nice. The rooms were very outdated. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled fairly recently. Overall felt like a Motel 6 type vibe from back in the old days. Room smelled fine but hallways smelled terribly of smoke and pot. Not many things offered in the area. We tried to go to a nearby grocery bc we forgot some items but the shelves were bare. Attached restaurant/casino had good food but definitely not “family friendly”.

Stayed in 2 different rooms. One had beds that were more comfortable than the other. Otherwise, great for a budget friendly option for adults.

I wished it had a public computer room where we could have printed our boarding passes. The waitress Karla, seemed uninterested in serving us. We had to ask a bus girl where she was so she could give us our check to leave. The people in the front check out, were really nice to us. She had short hair. Always a smile.

The staff was friendly, my room was clean, and I never had an issue with parking. If you're looking for a hotel off the strip, I would definitely check this place out. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and safe. I would absolutely stay here again.

There was a lot of noise in the room next door the staff was great friendly just not an environment I would go to again… I’m pretty sure a car was stolen that night and just a lot of noise coming from the room next door banging of what sounded like large items being thrown knocking and all night. Nothing was done and the beds were really uncomfortable my and my husbands back were in a lot of pain in the morning between that and the noise it was difficult to sleep. But it was clean and workers were friendly.

I had a great stay at Hotel Jefe. The best part was that the parking was easy, the room was cozy, great amenities, there's a casino downstairs and Ojos Locos. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Thanks!

Smoke everywhere, all the rooms are smoky. Impossible to sleep with that smoke. Beds are focked up. Rooms are dark. Terrible hotel. Stay away.

This is one of the best values in vegas and has south of the border vibe and the staff is friendly and attentive. The neighborhood around it is not good but security is vigilant when it comes to not letting the neghborhood characters negatively impact guests.

We liked that access to building was secured by card key. Business room was decent sized, but I had never seen such a tiny mini-fridge! It did work, but could not put much in it. Personnel was not very friendly, but at least we had no problem with our reservation.

The rooms were very good. Recently renovated. But the entrance to hotel and front of building were very scary at night. Looks super shady and I was very concerned. But everything went well, especially since the rooms were so clean and it ended up being safe. Security on property. Coming in at night, you don’t even see signs for hotel, only the casino. Very dark registration area. They should fix that. I was initially terrified to get out of Uber after long flights, late at night. Looks much better in day light! StAff very nice and helpful!

Our regular room doesn't have any coffee machine, but we have it here in the lobby. Also if you want your own coffee machine, business suite and the master suite comes with it.Thank you for staying with us we appreciate your feedback.
