뉴 호텔이라 숙빅을 결정, 노부 호텔 자체에 어메니티는 운동실과 회의실 밖에 없고 수영장,스파등은시저스로 가야하는 불편함. 혹시 밈에 안들면 옮기려고 1박씩 예약.첫날은 새벽 두시가 넘어서 체크인했는데 레릿체크아웃에 대한 배려는 1시간... 보통 체크아웃이 12시인데 ..이곳은 11시 . 두번째 날..방옮김. 노부 룸서비스는 전체적으로 괜찮았으나 다음날 체크아웃 당시 리조트비가 추가로 첵정,물어보기까지 했으나 hotels.com에서 계산이 안됐다며 추가로 지불... 계산시 바가지 요금에 얹잖았음

서비스가 엉망
새벽2시가 넘어 도착했는데 레잇체크아웃에 대한 배려가 너무 스트릭했고 분명 사이트를 통해 계산을 맞췄음에도 불구하고 리조트피를 따로 받아서 불쾌했음. 랑함과 만다린에서는 따로 받지 않았는데 분명 오버차지 되었음. 2박을 했는데...룸서비스 시켜먹은 그날만 리조트피가 차지되었음.

The property was very well maintained. Unfortunately, for the hotel, there are much better options with convenient accommodation such as closer and cheaper parking to the room to that of what Nobu at the ceasers place offered.

Staff on our arrival night was great and got us a dinner reservation we could not get on our, but the staff on our final night was apathetic and basically rude. Shocking discrepancy.

Overall, a wonderful stay! Check in was easy and quick. We were placed in an accessible room (which we didn't need), but it allowed us to have a partial view of the strip. The shower was a bit inconvenient, and it was quite a bit different than the photos I had seen online, but that didn't bother us. The room was very clean. Loved the location. Staff was really wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and very customer service oriented. Very quiet hotel for being right in the middle of the action. Would definitely stay here again!

Any positives about our stay at Nobu were overshadowed by an absolutely horrible checkout experience. We knew we would be up late on our last nigh in town, so we arranged ahead of time for late checkout. The staff at the front desk gave us two options: complimentary noon checkout, or a 2PM checkout for a fee of $55. We chose the 2PM checkout, provided our room number, and verbally confirmed to the staff that it was my name/reservation they were seeing on their end. We didn’t think anything of it until 11:15AM, when the cleaning service entered our room. We told them we had arranged for late checkout and they left. I locked the room from the inside but this didn’t stop someone from coming and knocking and trying to enter every 15-20 minutes. Around 12:15/12:20PM, security was sent to our room asking us about why we haven’t checked out of our room. This was an absolutely ridiculous situation - especially for a 5 star hotel. I will be following up with the hotel directly about getting my $55 fee refunded. What’s the point of paying for late checkout if you’re going to be harassed every 15 mins and accused of not paying for the service? Not worth what we paid by any metrics.

Overall I had an excellent stay at Nobu. It was a quiet oasis in the middle of a crazy hotel and casino atmosphere. If I had to nitpick, the hairdryer provided is old and outdated and the air conditioning never really got as cold as I set it to and it got hot at night. Those things would not stop me from staying here again though and I would highly recommend others stay here.

I attend a yearly work conference at Caesars Palace and this year stayed in Nobu. It’s quieter and cleaner than the main rooms and the location means a little less time in the noise and smell of the casino. The rooms are beautiful but be careful of slippery floors in open shower bathrooms. Nobu restaurant is pricy but excellent.

Elevator has been down months. Our floor elevators all 3 not working. Asked.for help..never came. Eberytime we talked to front desk...actrd it like it was the 1st time theu jeard of it. Carried 4 suitcases down 4 flights of stairs because bell never vame. Waited 30 mins

I arrived at 3:15pm and told my room was not ready yet, which was perfectly acceptable. I was then told I could leave my bags and I would receive a text when my room was ready. At 4:15 I still had not received at text so I went back to the desk. Yes, my room was ready, and we will send up your bags. 5:00pm still no bags and they could not tell me when the bell captain would have them to me. I needed to change for a meeting but was already late to the meeting waiting for the bags to arrive, so I ended up going to the meeting in shorts and a tee shirt. Not happy that I had check on when my room was ready and not receive the text as promised and waited for over a half hour for my bags and still don't know when they did show up because I had to leave.

There were a few mishaps with one staff member and his attitude. The manager claimed she will provide coaching. I was told my room was upgraded but it was the exact room I booked. Just a lot of nothing with the staff.

Checkin was at 4pm, we had to wait to 5pm to check in, room wasnt ready. But they sure made sure we knew that our check-out was 11 am. Nickle and dime about everything, could have had the same or more amenities at a best western.

The check area is tiny and get so crowded- guest stand in front of the elevators then you have to walk through them and over their luggage to get to the elevators. 3 elevators and only one is in use for guests. It’s all the guest talk about is how long we wait and only use one elevator. There are NO hookups to Nobu. They can’t get you a table/reservation or anything but they mention we have VIP service and priority as guest of the hotel. The rooms smell like smoke, loud. 1 garbage can in the room. The amenities are very very weak. The WI-FI is TERRIBLE!!!! No service at all in the hotel. And the “lobby”- is that a joke? A nightstand with coffee for a couple hours and then a big table that usually one person sits in the middle and takes it all up. I was so disappointed and dissatisfied with such a well know boutique hotel and it was a complete let down BUT the gym was great! Peloton bikes and no one in there.
