I do apologize for the restaurant situation; I do see where you checked into the hotel at 9:36pm Sunday Feb 18th.unfortunately, once a month our Iron Rail Cafe closes temporarily for deep cleaning to retain our high standards of food safety. I assure you this is not a typical case and just an unfortunate timing issue, as our Sbarro closes at 9pm, and our steakhouse seats its last patrons at 9:30 to close at 10pm.On all other days our Iron Rail Cafe would have been open to accommodate you, and I understand how frustrating the situation was for you.The next time you come back to visit us we will have food options available 24 hours! with the opening of our bullet train restaurant as well as our future Sonic and Dunkin locations opening close by!

We apologize for the time it took to get you settled into your room and do hope the upgrade was a fair conciliation to the breezy check-in we strive to provide under normal circumstances. I understand there was an issue that the room was sent through understand a different name than the person checking in, and I am so happy to hear my front desk agent was able to get this sorted out for you!On your next visit we will certainly do better about directing you to one of our 3 on site, in house restaurants conveniently located inside the railroad pass building to avoid having to travel through the rain for food and drinks.We thank you for choosing to stay with us during your trip to Henderson and hope you'll give us another chance in the future!!
