It was nice that downtown attractions were 5 minutes away, and the room I stayed in was clean, but the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that the door was closed and it was difficult to breathe. And the deposit I paid with my credit card still hasn't been refunded. I arrived late in the evening and really just slept, so I don't think there will be any problems, so I would like to ask for a refund as soon as possible. The employee said it would be returned within 7 business days, so please ask again. Take care

Good: Cute Golf ground-concept common area, just one block away from Fremont Street, No water fountain or vending machine but the staff who is also a bartender gives you lemon flavor added- iced water if you ask Bad: the bald guy with the knitted brows was not polite enough to serve customers, far from the strip, no outlet close to the bed, no microwave on the room

Muy mal me fue cuando llegamos no avía personal en español me atendió una persona que no hablaba español y pues a mi entender no avía cuartos disponibles me dijo que regresara en 45 minutos y jamás me explicó que yo tenía que hacer mi propio ingreso en la computadora que tienen al lado bueno me dio mi tike para parkiar mi auto camine esos 45 para hacer tiempo y cuando volví después de una hora me vuelven a pedir mi I.D y solo me dicen agace a un lado y espere un momento bueno espere y espere y todos los que estaban ay registrándose les daban cuarto y ami solo ahí me tenían y mire mi teléfono mi aplicación decía que ya no tenían cuartos que todavía estaba a tiempo de Canselar bueno me arrime ala computadora que todos se arrimaban adivinando que era eso metí mi información y resulta que eso tenía que hacer desde que llegué pero nadien te explica dan por echo que ya tú lo sabes todos eso me pareció frustrante ✍️

Easy access to Fremont. A block off Fremont. Plenty of security all hrs. 24 hr Bar in lobby. Only open to hotel customers. The only thing I would say is the restroom could be updated and add a Minnie fridge. We were here in April.

The photos online are deceiving vs. what it is really like. It seems like everything is new but it’s old with some fresh paint. The room was missing amenities but was taken care of quickly by staff. I asked for turndown service early in the morning this first morning and was told "we can't, we only have two people working today". The staff I spoke with was very kind and friendly so I would blame ownership or management for staffing issues. The swimming pool which across the street next to an empty lot with many homeless hanging out was also a disappointment. The water was freezing, no way anyone can enjoy the water. The bedspread had cigarette burns, there was no mini refrigerator or microwave. For the cost I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. When I was asked about my stay via text I explained all this. The response was: “ Hello, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. The room you booked was recently remodeled and Expedia/Hotels.com has not uploaded our new pictures yet. I understand your dissatisfaction with the amenities we do provide, however I can assure you we do not advertise a refrigerator, microwave or a heated pool and our prices are in line with similar hotels. I appreciate your feedback and will be conversing with the team regarding not providing turndown service yesterday. As a courtesy, I will refund yesterdays amenity fee of $20 tax. Thank you.

Our rooms have been completely remodeled twice in the past 5 years with the most recent being a few months ago. The was surrounded in the neighborhood that feels unsafe with prostitutes and sketchy looking people. I came into the lobby and asked the receptionist about the heater. She screams loud across the room. What's my room room number in front of the whole bar area as if I wanted every person sitting at that bar to know what room that I was staying in the entire night. People were up loud roaming through the hallways. I barely got any sleep. The room was fairly clean. It did look like the pictures however, I slept with the chair door up against up against the door the with my pepper spray in hand.

I like the property because it had a lounge inside, a mini golf course, and was very secure. The room was large, the bathroom was cool, and the staff were very friendly.

I love that the building is structurally historic but updated in the rooms. The location is perfect if you like to stay near Fremont!

Staff was stellar, also way more safe than what other reviews say. Kinda loud from a nearby nightclub but honestly the low bass just lulled me to sleep. Awesome beds. Awesome value, groovy spot!

I didn't like that the parking is across the street. The room is clean but has a musty smell. You could hear the sound coming from outside so you cant get a good night sleep. No microwave and fridge in the room

While the directions could have been clearer on registration (we got in about midnight or so), the person managing the bar and front desk was helpful. For a Saturday night, parking was fairly easy to find (they have three different lots). The hallway and room were clean and quiet. For a smaller than usual room, it still had all the amenities you would expect, and at a reasonable price point. And there are some restaurants and a donut shop just a block or so away for the morning.

There was nothing about this property that we liked. We didn't even end up staying here, as we did not feel safe. The room was clean when we first walked in, but it smelled like smoke! The staff was nice when I told them I would not be staying there. It should NOT be categorized as a Hotel, this is nothing more than a motel with all outside doors to a sketchy street with a lot of construction and homeless all around. I ended up going to another hotel and paying for both, because there was no way I was staying there.

I won’t give this facility excellent ration because of these reasons: 1. It was a Motel, not Hotel and who travel often knows the difference. 2. My room was not as advertised on Expedia 3. The part where I stayed in was too old, the hallway was smelly. 4. It was advertised that breakfast included, in fact I asked for it and they confirmed no breakfast. 5. It was hard to sleep at night because of the noise. 6. No minifridge on the room. I will not recommend it to other people.

Just an fyi for people looking online, on the front desk there’s a sign that tells guests to leave an online review in exchange for a prize, like a free drink, etc. so I think that explains why the reviews skew so positive. This was the loudest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The walls are so thin, you can hear every footstep outside. They also blast music in the courtyard all day, up until 10 pm, so if you want to go to bed early or take an afternoon nap, good luck. It’s very rundown in general. Also they say that they have free parking, which is true, but they also offer pay by the hour parking to anyone, so on Saturday night, parking was completely full. They do have some overflow lots, but we didn’t know about them beforehand and so that was really stressful trying to figure out where to park. So yeah, bottom line, there’s a lot of reasons why this place is so cheap. It doesn’t feel dangerous or anything, but I wouldn’t come back.
