On est resté 5jours sans eau chaude dans la douche, il a fallu faire un scandale à la réception pour que le problème soit pris au sérieux.

Bonjour L'hôtel lui-même était bien situé en front de mer (que des rochers en face)par contre pas de plage disponible à proximité il faut marcher au moins 10 à 15 minutes pour trouver la 1 ère plage en ce qui concerne la nourriture c'est vraiment catastrophique pas trop le choix toujours la même chose pas de variété on s'attendait à trouver plusieurs variétés grec mais pas du tout en ce qui concerne la chambre nous avons pris une suite elle était bien

Notre séjour s’est plutôt bien passé. Mais, lors de notre arrivée, les réceptionnistes nous ont dit qu’elles essayeront de nous donner la chambre avant 15h, nous avons attendu jusqu’à 15h. De plus, nous n’avons pas eu 2 lits une place et 2 canapés lits, comme il était mentionné. Et nous n’avons pas eu non plus notre cadeau de bienvenue. Étant donné que les gens en général, traitent moins bien les adultes que les jeunes, je pense que c’est pour ça qu’ils se sont permis de nous traiter ainsi. Les lits, pas respectés et le cadeau, pas donné.

This hotel has the makings of a great place to holiday. It is close to the resort, just a five minute walk on the flat. The rooms are adequate, may be not 4* and quite dark, certainly not as they appear on the website. Breakfast is ok but is the same every day and after a week is a bit repetitive. Bathrooms great as not all in Greece are. Main letdown was the sunbeds which were very uncomfortable and need replacing to a 4* hotel standard. There isnt enough of them either, but there isn't enough room at the pools for all the sunbeds they need for 100 plus bedrooms.

Peu mieux faire
Déçu. Rien à voir avec la description et les photos du sites. J’avais principalement choisis cet hôtel et surtout cette chambre pour le jacuzzi privée vue sur mer à l’occasion de notre lune de miel avec mon mari. Le jacuzzi était très sale donc inutilisable et la vie donnait sur un immeuble en construction et pas de vue sur la mer. Le lit était petit et pas agréable. On sentait chaque ressort du matelas. Malheureusement nous avions hâte de que la fin du séjour arrive car nous dormions très mal. C’est la première fois que l’on passe par hotel.com et on est très déçu surtout au vu du prix que ce séjour nous a coûté et sourtout pour notre lune de miel.

Stay somewhere else
So many of the amenities (room service, group exercises, laundry services, sauna, etc) listed on here were not available when we stayed in late September to early October. The excuse was either because of COVID or end of season. They should really mention that in their details! Then, we had to ask to move because it was so noisy next to our room: guests at the pool, entertainment there at night and the worst - loud noises in the morning. They happily moved us, but unfortunately the noises in the morning were still a problem. I didn’t know if it was tables being rearranged or what. The free WiFi was also terrible and we were working remotely - so don’t plan on that here without your on pocket WiFi. Lastly, we don’t recommend paying for dinner. The options every night were not good at all. The only pro was that the staff members were nice and there is a sea view from some rooms and common areas. It is not next to a good lounge beach though.

Very Disappointed - Do not believe the photos
The hotel advetises with some photos from the 5 star Castello Boutique hotel across the road, so do not believe the photos. The airconditioning poured water over our bed on the first night. The pillows are hard. The free welcome drink was not offered on the first night we had to ask the manager the next day. The free welcome gift advertised was not given until we asked for it. We had paper cups for drinks, hardly 4 star. Tea bags were not replenished. The water in the shower only gets warm. The jets in the hot tub only partially worked. If you have any issues the staff just shrug their shoulder and say what can I do? The rooms are bare and do not have any of the niceties shown in the photos. Food is bland, mass produced with little variety. The maid just let herself in to take some of our fruit without knocking. There are no where near enough sun beds. No health and safety information given, in fact virtually no information about anything given. The hotel is in a great location, however the staff seem to be poorly trained and customer service seems to be a chore to them. Sissi is a great place but please choose a different hotel.

Dear Mervyn Thank you for your comment and for giving us the opportunity to respond. On the day of your arrival 16/09 you took room 711 and the type of room you had booked. You had come at 00:30 in the evening. The next day and after the meeting we had listening to your problem we changed your room and specifically in 611. You told me that the a/c dripped in the morning on 17/09 and specifically at 07:00 and not all night as you write. We apologized for forgetting to give you the welcome gift and in exchange we gave you dinner and a daily welcome gift for your entire stay at a cost for us of 300.00 euros As well as I would like to point out that throughout your stay you did not mention any complaints from what you write, knowing that I am available at any time to help in any problem you may have. As for the fruits that the maid took as you write she took them to replace them and not for some other reason as you suggest any problem you may have. As far as sunbeds are concerned, I would like to inform you that we know that they are few in relation to the number of customers but this is based on protocols for covid-19. As far as our staff . I would like to inform you that we always have the best reviews from customers about our service. Kind regards

Great stay
We spent at Castello Village Resort one week in September. We have the best memories of our stay. The hotel staff (receptionists, waiters, bartenders) were very nice and helpful. Our room was clean, towels were changed daily. Meals were delicious and plentiful. Of course you can find hotels with more food selection but for us variety of dishes and drinks was sufficient. The hotel is located in a beautriful area in walking distance to small but charming Sissi port and nice beaches. Degree of satisfaction with the stay at Castello Village Resort may vary by room type. We got a room with jacuzzi and sea view so our stay was even better than expected. We had a great vacation.

First of all we paid extra fir a jacuzzi room, king bed , two double beds together. What we got was something smaller then a queen bed and tge room had a view to a brick wall, under construction. The room next door had a jacuzzi on the balcony as well but there's no privacy wall between the two balconies, you could easily step in their jacuzzi if you wanted to. Horrible experience, staff working at the reception were rude and couldn't care less of out complains, tokd us to call expedia if we want anything changed. Never again.

Posizione ottima e località incantevole. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza vista mare con formula mezza pensione, drink e omaggio di benvenuto. Ci hanno riservato una stanza che era sprovvista di vista mare e con un cantiere a vista. Il disagio è stato coperto dalla presenza di una jacuzzi sul balcone. Barista e personale del ristorante molto cordiali e professionali tranne la reception. Completamente ignorata la richiesta del drink e dell'omaggio di benvenuto compresi nella prenotazione. Reception molto deludente, repentiva. Presenza di intrattenimento tra spettacoli vari, spa e palestra inclusi. Hotel che offre tante servizi. Consigliatissimo.

Chambres confortables (mais bâtiment en 2e ligne donc sans vue mer contrairement aux photos, non contractuelles), repas délicieux, personnel de l'accueil, du bar et du resto adorable et très soucieux du respect des règles Covid (sauf le boss du restaurant qui inspecte sans cesse, ce qui est stressant, mais surtout avec le masque sous le menton et qui ouvre tous les plats sans gants, alors que c'est exigé pour les clients). Entretien des chambres à améliorer.

es war gut dass das Hotel neu Renoviert wurde. Das Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche ist schon sehr gut. Im Zimmer selbst fehlen so ein bisschen wie Waldecken für Bekleidung und ein bisschen Wandschmuck wie Bilder, sieht so halt ein bisschen kahl aus. bei Problemen findet man immer ein offenes Ohr und gut ist auch, der Arzt ist Täglich im Hause. Alle 3 Tage Bettzeug(wäre für mich noch OK, aber alle 3 Tage Handtuchwechsel ist wenn man sich morgens und am Abend Tuschen möchte schon ein bisschen wenig. Wer keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat, der findet die Anlage sicher Gut.

Personnel très sympathique, les repas sous forme de buffet sont plutôt bons dans l'ensemble, il y a du choix. Il est important de demander la vue sur la mer sinon vous avez la vue sur la route derrière avec le bruit des commerçants... Le bémol est que la plage la plus sympathique est à 20 minutes de marche. Autrement pour des plages encore plus belles, il faut prendre la voiture. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes satisfaits.

Lovely hotel in Sisi
Lovely hotel, close to the sea, short walk to the beach and a lovely harbour town sisi. Good selection of food for half board. All staff were extremely helpful also.

Ottima struttura sul mare, molti parcheggi liberi lungo la strada. La struttura è tenuta molto bene. La colazione è ricca per chi preferisce il salato, un po' più scarsa per chi la preferisce dolce. Personale molto cordiale, non c'è il cartellino "non disturbare". In ogni caso esperienza molto positiva

Hervorragende Lage.
Als Expadia Reisender hatte man das Gefühl nicht wahrgenommen zu werden. Wo alle anderen zuvorkommend behandelt wurden. Unsere Frage nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde zwar ernst genommen aber es wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Straße angeboten. Wir hatten aber ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht.

Very welcoming staff especially in the restaurant. Fridge in the room which was very useful and supermarket opposite. Great beach about 20min walk away

Excellent hotel close to the centre of town
Excellent one bedroom room, spacious and very clean. Staff excellent and buffet breakfast was very good. Two pools the front one by the sea is not very big and as always you have to beat the German towels to get a bed even though they say it's not allowed. Very good stay apart from that. My only suggestion is that the bottom pool bar shuts at seven but they add should keep it open later so that you can have a drink and watch the beautiful sunsets.

grundsätzlich empfehlenswertes Hotel, das für durchschnittliche Ansprüche ausreicht. Die Lage ist recht günstig gelegen, die Entfernung zum Strand war doch etwas weiter als erhofft, wobei wir sogar einen noch weiteren Fußweg auf uns genommen haben, um zu einer geschützten Bucht zu gelangen. Lautstärke in der Anlage hat täglich zugenommen, da immer mehr Kinder eingetroffen sind. Vor allem bestimmte Nationalitäten haben hierbei mehr Raum und Akustik in Anspruch genommen als andere. Dies hat sich vor allem am Pool gezeigt, der fast zur Gänze von zwei Familien in Beschlag genommen wurde. Die Essensqualität war ok, die Auswahl hätte tageweise ruhig etwas größer sein können.

Härligt ställe med bra närområden och fantastisk solnedgång. Underbar personal, speciellt Zevi vår egen Darling! Vad vi saknade var toalettartiklar. Stod att det skulle finnas så reste utan men fanns bara handtvål. Nära till affär så köpte där. Stenig strand så ett tips är gå 15 min till "resortstranden" , där finns sandstrand med sandbotten!
