Consigliatissimo!
L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale, ma in una strada poco trafficata e quindi silenziosa. Le stanze, pulitissime, sono ampie e comprendono un balcone con splendida vista mare e una cucina spaziosa e molto fornita. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Phenomenal view, lovely clean room, terrific staff
Absolutely fantastic place. Impeccably clean, cleaned most days. Stunning and unbelievable view from the balcony (the photos for the sea view double room on the top floor are brilliant on the website, in actuality it's even better. The staff couldn't be more helpful. All in all a magnificent experience, the best place we've ever stayed, in a lovely setting, close to all necessary amenities. Practically outside the door there's steps leading down to a row of bars and tavernas overlooking the sea and harbour, with steps down to a tiny pebbly cove that's perfect to swim from, and 4 minutes walk round the corner is a sandy shingle beach with sunbeds and parasols and more good swimming. There's a free city shuttle bus that takes you around the town and to the bus station that picks up by the horn statue near the bars, leaves about 10 past and 20 to each hour. We're already booked to go back next year! Thanks to Bernadette and staff for making it a lovely holiday. Strongly recommend Creta Hotel
Sunrise around half 6 each morning. Worth getting up early for.

Great people and spacious room
We needed a last minute place to stay after my son broke his foot and we needed a place with an elevator, we booked late at night and the wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and got us in a room even though there was an issue with our booking. Our room was clean and had a great view of the water. The location is close to restaurants and shopping and the beach. Everyone was very helpful and kind during this time that was difficult while on our vacation.

Enjoyable stay
I think all rooms have a kitchenette, therefore the hotel does not offer the traditional services like food and drinks, nor laundry. Otherwise, I liked it. Clean spacious rooms, great view I had, close to restaurants and the main attractions. Street parking is a bit cramped, but there is a large parking place down the street. Good price, but it's corona time.

Nous avons séjourner pour une nuit dans l’appartement 207. L’accueil a été fantastique, l’hôtel est tenu par une dame qui parle français et toute son équipe ont fait le maximum pour nous satisfaire. A cheap hotel. I booked an apartment with sea wiew but got a wiew into another building and just sideway partial sea wiew. Balcony very narrow nothing like on the photos. Very disappointed.

zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel ligt in een klein straatje op twee minuten lopen van het centrum. Onze kamer had een klein balkon met uitzicht op zee en een apart gedeelte waar de keuken in zat met koelkast, zitje, koffiezetter etc. Prima kwaliteit-prijsverhouding.

Amazing view!
Beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff! The location is excellent, although it’s best to park in the paid lot nearby as parking is limited on the street adjacent the hotel.

Even better than I expected
We were greeted at our car with a smile on our arrival. Fabulous service, spotless hotel and walking distance to the restaurants, shops and beaches. Our room was very spacious and had an amazing view with a huge balcony.

Great location friendly staff
Second time stated at Creta Hotel we just love it, location, near to the beach and restaurants, friendly staff. The room was big enough, kitchenette, toilet and bedroom plus a small balcony facing the see. Absolutely recommended. Très déçu à l'arrivée le site montrait la photo d'une grande terrasse et en realité la chambre du 2ieme étage n'avait qu'un petit balcon. Je ne réserverai plus par hotel.com.

Fantastic Easter vacation in Ag Nik
The location could not be more convenient, just paces from the commercial center of Ag Nik but perfectly quiet. Staff are extremely helpful, kind, pleasant, friendly. They were great about accommodating a teen boy with a separate room in our suite. Breakfast is not to be missed, especially local yogurt with honey. We were there for Easter celebrations, and were honored to feel included, it was memorable and the fireworks were spectacular. The best time to visit Crete.

Small and welcoming atmosphere with great staff .
The Creta Hotel is a small hotel in an excellent location. It is minutes to the harbour, marina, two beaches, and the area where tours and excursions leave from. It has a local bus and a bus station where you can get the highway bus to different locations. Our first room was not what we expected but the day following our arrival we were given another room which was perfect and met our needs. We thought another chair in the room would be handy and one was provided the following day! A lovely breakfast is available if you want it. An individual safe is also provided at no cost. An added bonus is there are books in several different languages available for the use of guests. Bernadette and her staff were a pleasure to deal with and they are willing to do anything to make your stay a pleasant, memorable one. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a more homely alternative to the big chain hotels.

En autonomie alimentaire totale, grâce à la cuisine équipée et la très grande terrasse avec tables et fauteuil. Super Market à proximité. La plage en direct depuis la chambre. Parking gratuit dans la rue devant l'hôtel où sur le parking du port à 150m.
