Très bien
Personnel très sympathique. Appartement propre (ménage fait tous les 2 jours) dans résidence calme, malgré proximité de la route, avec belle piscine et proche d'une plage. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

Vue magnifique et esprit vacances familiales
Résidence très agréable, familiale(ping pong, billard, trampoline, piscine) . Accueil charmant d'Yvonne la gérante. Les studios sont pratiques avec terrasse (petites haies fleuries) ou balcon avec vues sur la piscine et sur la mer. C'est le point fort d ela résidence. Certains logement semblent avoir été refaits d'après les photos (mais pas le nôtre-maniaques passez vôtre chemin). Il suffirait déjà de changer juste qq éléments ( poubelle, couverts et accessoires salle de bain) et déjà cela donnerait un petit coup de neuf. Par contre literie impeccable et douche spacieuse (même si salle de bains est datée). Le bar pratique des prix élevés, comparé à d'autres résidences de ce type et accueil distant. On n'a pas testé vu les commentaires précédents car rien n'a l'air d'être préparé sur place. Par contre ambiance sympa: cadre, musique... La plage est à deux pas avec des eaux très claires. On est à 10mn à peine d'Agios Nikolaos en voiture. Visite d'Elounda et Plaka très proches pour excursion à Spinalonga. De l'autre côté d'Agios, superbe plage de Voulisma(15mn en voiture). Un arrêt de bus est juste en face. Attention aux enfants en bas âge car piscine non protégée et pour rejoindre le parking de l'autre côté de la route pas de visibilité donc très dangereux. (un avis précédent suggérait un miroir pour voir les voitures arriver... Excellente idée !) En revanche, aucun bruit de circulation car ouverture des appartements de l'autre côté. En conclusion très bon séjour.

The view over the bay was the best part of it, with just a band of lush vegetation between the apartments and the sea it was the perfect way to experience this part of Crete. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable. No negatives for me.

Stayed at Mirabellas from the 20-31 of May.
For me Mirabellas apartment was a little Pearl. The nice, little path through the garden, the beautiful seaview, the staff, the WiFi worked perfectly, choice of breakfast to choose from. Try the healthy one or the greeck. Try some different like the normal as english breakfast. Thanks to Yvonne, Nelly, Smagradi and Gulla for your always smiling faces. Didn't had the name of the cleaning People. But well done. 👍Mirabellas lays about 25 minutes away on legs from Agios Nikolaos and 20 minutes away from a very good restaurant Kri Kri. When you come to Agios Nikolaos it's a good experience to take the little train away from the big village and see some small, autentic ones like Kritsa. Or take the bus to Plaka near Elounda about 11 km from Havania area. Sweet little village like Elounda is always a visit worth to. Thank you Mirabella <3

Fantastic location and view
Highly recommend this small hotel. We stayed out of season, so it was completely quiet, which we appreciated. Stunning views from the spacious room and balcony. Little kitchen was well-equipped, and unit was very clean. Perfect location for exploring the area. Yvonne was very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay.

Apartments exceeded expectations. Views from outside the rooms are outstanding: swimming pool (decent size), Mirabello Bay itself with an island & mountains in the background. Short walk to beach , local tavernas & bus stop. Pleasant walk into town (20 mins) & taxis always available . Staff very friendly, would recommend to anyone looking a family run , value for money place to stay.

From November to May our snack bar, swimming pool and Reception are not in use. It is therefore vital that we have contact with the guests either by e-mail or telephone to arrange arrival details, especially when this is a last minute reservation. Our car park is situated across the road from the apartments. We thank you for taking time to review us.

המיקום של מירבלה אידיאלי: על שפת הים (אך ללא גישה), קרוב לחוף ציבורי, מול נוף מדהים אך במרחק נסיעה מכל סופרמרקט. החדר גדול, מרווח ויש בו כל מה שדרוש כדי ליהנות מהשקט ומהחופשה. בעלת בית הדירות - איבון, סקוטית, שדאגה לתת לנו הנחיות מדוייקות לאן כדאי לטייל וכן קבלה את פנינו בנעימות. גם רמת התחזוקה במקום טובה מאד.

Nice quite hotel over looking the sea
I had a pleasant stay at the maribella, pool could have been a bit warmer and cleaned a bit more then once a week. Food was nice and staff were friendly overall a nice place.

Mooi app complex op rustige plek
Het complex ligt buiten de stad Agios Nikolaos. Lopend is het ongeveer 45 min naar het centrum toe. Er rijd wel een bus met een halte vlak naast de uitgang. thv deze halte is de toegang naar een strandje met parasols en bedjes. Aan de overkant is een taverna, dit is wel de enige vlak in de buurt. Ondanks dat het complex aan een drukke weg is gelegen, heb je daar totaal geen last van. De stad zelf is heel levendig en toeristisch. Het complex zelf heeft mooie kamers, met een fantastisch uitzicht op de zee en de bergen aan de overzijde van de baai.

Ruhig und tolle Aussicht
Unser Zimmer hatte eine super Aussicht auf das Meer und eine schöne kleine Terasse neben dem Pool zum frühstücken. Ein kleiner Strand in etwa 100 Meter Entfernung und man konnte sich im Hotel Schnorchel und Taucherbrille gratis leihen. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war Sauber und einfach aber nett eingerichtet. Alle Geräte wie Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Toaster funktionierten. Badezimmer war kein Luxus, aber absolut ok. Es fährtgenau vor dem Hotel ein Bus der einen für1,80 ins Zentrum von Agios Nikolaos bringt. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Wäscheständer für die Strandhandtucheer könnte man mal gegen neue austauschen.

Small and exclusive
"Hotel" was in fact self catering accommodation, but very small and exclusive, everything catered for, breakfast, lunch, evening meals and everything in between. We were there for a friend's birthday party, and nothing was too small for the very well meaning staff, all were very accommodating.

Wonderful place, great people
Mirabella Apartments is an ideal stay for people who appreciate beautiful landscapes, clean beaches, and quiet home-like mini hotel atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. This nine days’ vacation we spent with my daughter was unforgettable experience! Many thanks to all the staff members, especially to the reservation and accommodation manager Yvonne, and to the beautiful cook and assistant Marena. They are great professionals and wonderful people. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends, and, of cause, I am dreaming to come back again.

Yövyimme Mirabella apartmentsissa viikon verran vaimoni kanssa. Mukava pieni hotelli jossa kohtuulliset hinnat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, menisin mielelläni tänne toisenkin kerran. Viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä on hyvä ranta.

Studio pour 3 personnes plutôt grand. Toutes les chambres ont vue sur la mer qui est vraiment splendide. Les draps et serviettes sont changés tous les 2 jours mais il faut faire le lit soit-même à chaque fois. L'équipement de la cuisine est sommaire mais il y a le strict nécessaire. L'hôtel est très agréable, la cuisine est bonne et pas chère, la piscine suffisamment grande et tranquille avec des transats. La proximité avec le centre ville d'Agios Nikolaos est très plaisant pour aller au restaurant ou flâner en ville.

Comodissimo appartamento in posizione strategica
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence per 11 notti ad Agosto. Abbiamo apprezzato da subito, già prima del nostro arrivo, la gentilezza del personale, in particolare di Yvonne che si è resa disponibile per aiutarci nella prenotazione della macchina e del nostro trasferimento dall'aeroporto. Il residence ha una piscina in un bel giardino a cui si accede direttamente dalle camere del piano terra e un bar dove viene servita la colazione( noi avevamo la colazione continentale inclusa nella prenotazione) buona e abbondante( pane tostato, burro e marmellata, cornetto, succo di frutta e toast). Il tutto reso ancora più piacevole da Marena, persona sempre estremamente gentile e sorridente. Le camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario. Pulizia un paio di volte a settimana e cambio biancheria anche. Consiglierei questo hotel sia per la posizione(strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle) ma soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale. tornerei molto volentieri in questo posto.

In posizione strategica per raggiungere in breve Agios Nicolaus, ridente cittadina sulla costa settentrionale dell'isola, l'alloggio è subito risultato confortevole e accogliente. Gradevole l'accoglienza. Notevole il fatto che esiste accesso diretto al mare (peccato che la spiaggetta sia di ciottoli), che la struttura sia immersa nel verde, che il panorama sia veramente piacevole. Ad accoglierci personale disponibile e sorridente.

Ottima sistemazione con vista sul Golfo
Ottima sistemazione per visitare il golfo di Mirabello. Le stanza completa di tutto, cucinino, armadi spaziosi, bagno ampio con pratico piano d'appoggio, box doccia (non tenda!). Comodissimo letto matrimoniale (non due lettini attaccati!) extra size, dotato di due cuscini per ciascuno, uno più morbido uno più duro. Lenzuola un po' corte, asciugamani non sempre perfetti (biancheria da rimodernare un po', forse...). La sera ci addormentavamo con il rumore del mare e il frinire dei grilli. Alle stanze al primo piano arriva qualche rumore attutito dalla strada, che si trova alle spalle dell'edificio. Le stanze al piano terra suppongo siano ancora più silenziose, ma a discapito di una certa privacy (accesso direttissimo al giardino e alla piscina). Meravigliosa vista sul golfo, agevolata da una finestra a tutta parete (al primo piano). Balcone in ombra dal primo pomeriggio quindi camera fresca al rientro della spiaggia, il climatizzatore c'è ma lo abbiamo usato pochissimo. Colazione al bar da pagarsi a parte, ma a un prezzo ragionevole, ottima, abbondante e comodamente servita all'ombra di un grande ulivo. Molto bello il giardino che circonda gli edifici. Il servizio limitato (orario di apertura reception, pulizia non quotidiana) ampiamente compensati dalla disponibilità, gentilezza e simpatia di Yvonne e Marena, che ringraziamo con affetto!

Super pied à terre pour un séjour sur Agios N.
Vue imprenable, très calme. Proximité de la ville même si une voiture est préférable pour se déplacer. Les chambres de l'unique étage sont, de notre point de vu, plus sympas car la vue est magnifique et on évite la proximité de la piscine.

Don't go out of season even if in good weather
Very dissapointing. Pool closed no loungers when 25c. Very thin walls. Could hear very embarrassing noises from adjacent room. Terrible bedding.

Хороший отель для спокойного отдыха. В нескольких шагах пляж havania beach, в октябре был почти пуст. Тихо. Удален от центра города. Номера хорошо убираются.

Good budget hotel
My shower head was broken and the curtains were only just hanging on but the place was clean and the staff where helpful and friendly. Just a bit too far to walk into town.

Thank you for your feedback . The shower heads are new but cannot be fixed to the wall. Four curtain hooks were broken due to wear and tear. We are 3 Km from Agios Nikolaos which is about a forty minute walk. There is a bus stop just outside of the accommodation where there is a regular service to the town. Our staff always try and make our clients stay an enjoyable one.
