I am extremely pleased to see that overall you enjoyed your time with us and found the room you were allocated to be very nice. I am also delighted to read that you were happy with our buffet service. As we strive to be environmentally friendly, we have limited our use of plastics and as such we no longer provide toiletries within our rooms. We also found that the vast majority of our guests did not make use of the complimentary toiletries and therefore the provision of these items has not caused any cause for concern. I am however sorry that you were personally disappointed. If room service is required we charge a minimum fee, as this is an additional service not included in the overall package. It is not unusual to find, in the vast majority of hotels, that a charge will be incurred when ordering items to a room. We do regret that our hotel did not meet your expectations in certain aspects. Allow us to kindly address the points raised in your review, as we should note that as advised upon arrival, we are not allowed by Greek law to enter your room on a daily basis. Due to this, the housekeeping and mini bar service are offered upon request of the guests. Furthermore, our indoor pool and sauna are closed for this year due to the updated health & safety protocols, which we are obliged to follow in order to protect the health of our employees and guests. We were surprised by your comment regarding the sunbeds on the beach as this year, due to the low occupancy of the season, our sunbeds do outnumber our guests. Additionally, the opening hours of our food & beverage outlets are duly noted in the available app, and we also inform our guests during their check-in accordingly. Nevertheless, following the last order in our a la carte restaurants at 22:45pm, we also have the Premium All Inclusive snack at 23:00-00:00 and a la carte Room Service available on a 24-hour basis. Please note that we haven’t charged for services that you did not receive. All the above information was available upon arrival and also in the app at all times. It was a pleasure to have you with us and we do appreciate your insight, which is very important to us as we do our utmost to provide the best possible service.
