The room was dirty. The floor was not clean, haven't even been swept. The hand towel in bathroom was dirty. No wash cloths were provided. The shower at the drain had pink/mold. I know this is a two star hotel but I still expect a clean room.

Staff at check in were very nice. Everyone was very friendly. I think the hotel is about to undergo some renovations so the room wasn’t esthetically pleasing, but the bed was very comfortable & met our needs. We were only there for one night, so it was tolerable.

I had to kill 10 stink bugs in the room. No breakfast supplies just coffee and yogurt. I would not recommend this facility.

i worked the oct 3 breakfast shift. you either checked out before 6 am. or after 9 am. these are our breakfast hours, no we do not offer a cooked hot breakfast. we provide pastries, cereal, and oatmeal hot water for hot meal. i am sorry ur stay was not satisfactory, but as i stated i put out all breakfast items on oct 3.

Room dirty when was the last time used coffee pot was taken to front desk. Dirty. Placed rev in April for 3 days not at 100. A night. Will not be back and will not let anybody I know stay there

We are about to start remodeling the hotel. Please give us one more chance whenever you’re back in the area to see our hospitality once the remodeling is finished.

Dirty, run down, paid with expedia but the hotel tripple charged me. Waiting for refund.

Overall Good
Clean older hotel. Staff was nice. Free breakfast was only coffee yogurt and dry cereal. You will need to plan that meal elsewhere. Overall good condition. As a female staying with kids i felt safe in hotel but there needs more lighting in parking lot.

If it werent for the friendly staff, i wouldve given a lower rating. The accomodations look nothing like they do on the website. The first room they gave me smelled of mildew and the curtains and beds were damp. The next room they gave me had so much dust in the carpet and furniture, you could see it. The outside pool looked as if it were from a horror film. I dont know what was going on but had anyplace else had available rooms, i wouldve left.

They say it’s under construction, but I didn’t see any work being done while I was there. Dirty is an understatement. It smelt terrible. The air quality is so bad I developed a sore throat and had to check out early. It’s like the only motel in town and it was cheap, but I urge you to rethink booking a room here.

I did not enjoy my stay at this establishment at all. In a word the place was depressing. There obviously hasn't been anyl upkeep or maintenance done in this hotel for years. I will never stay here again.

The property is older and some areas need repair. However, it is clean and staff is friendly. There is an above average continental breakfast. The only issue I had at all was with Travelocity charge nearly $69 in fees above the hotel’s charge. I was unaware of these charges until after I had checked in. For this reason, no matter where I go, I will NOT book with Travelocity.

Very old furniture
The pool was closed and it was very hot!!!! The rooms were very outdated and the bathrooms and bedroom was not too clean! Some money needs to be invested in this motel. Glad it was only one night!!!

I stay in hotels 4 to 5 nights a week for work. Expedia ranked the hotel 2.8. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The drive is in good repair and the entrance well lit. My initial assessment was that this number was too low. Older decor but not worn or shabby. Bathroom spotless, pleasant smell and friendly staff. Two things really disappointed me. Finding the hotel in the dark was difficult. Signage is too small and there are no lights. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. Get me a different mattress and I will stay there again.

The service in this hotel could have been a lot better the attitude of one worker was unacceptable, when a family member asked for three of the little bars of soap because there were three adults in our room, she inappropriately suggested that he might be putting the soap in his pocket to take home.

Good for a one night stay!
Very hard to find hotel from the road. When I checked in I had to give my license so they could scan a copy of it to check in. First time ever for this. The room was big, but no microwave or refrigerator. Walls very thin so you heard every noise. Beds sagged in the middle and pillows were small. The bathroom was good size. Place is good for a one night stay. Would not want to do a long term stay here.

It was a little hard to find the driveway, but once there, is a good location. no complaints.

What you would expect from a cheap hotel.
The hotel was inexpensive and is pretty much what you would expect. The hotel probably hasn't been updated since it was built, it had stains on the carpet and the slip guard was peeling off of the shower floor. The front desk staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was ok. The town of Springfield was cute and the front desk lady's recommendation of eating at Mordecai's was great. If you're just looking for a place to spend the night for very little money, this fits the bill, but don't look for any extra luxuries. Mattresses could definitely use updating too.

Don't Waste Your Money, Cheap is not always good.
You might save a few dollars but it is not worth it. We got to the hotel went to the room and wow. The beds were double or smaller not good for 2 adults. The tub was horrific. I think they took out the bath mats and the glue stayed not real sure that is what I hope it was. The bottom of the tubs were real black. It was not just 1 room. I rented 2 rooms and they were both this way. We were planning on staying 2 nights but checked out after the first. The desk clerk at check in was nice and gourtious but in the morning a differtent clerk was not friendly and rude. Breakfast was a joke. Generic frozen waffles, toast, cereal, danish, milk. coffee, and OJ. To make it worse the toaster barely worked to warm the items.
