The key system on our room didn’t work. The desk clerk had to use the master key to let us in and out of our room. It was clean and comfortable though.

Despite seeing some iffy reviews, the suite was really nice. Stayed for a total of 5 days and the staff was amazing. I called previously and April helped so much! The front desk ladies are awesome and everything looked super clean. The pool was clean, bathrooms were clean, etc. It’s right next to restaurants and a Walmart

Installation weekend
Book 2 rooms, one for our Pastor who was coming to preach & visit us as we was being installed as Pastors . The 2nd room for me & my girls to get dressed and my make up to get done. It was a great quick visit since we got 2 nights but only spent 1 night to get some rest.

Staff was excellent! Our room light didnt work and we didnt have toilet paper or tissue in our bathroom, but the staff was very apologetic and brought us some when Icalled.

No blanket for the pull out sofa. Knife in the pull out couch. Curtains have rips in them. Floor not vacuumed. Bed clothing looks like they haven’t bn changed. This was the worst experience we’ve had for this chain of hotels. Do not recommend.

great checkin. room cleanliness was overall lower than other stays at Holiday Inn Express. the walls were dirty. there was mold around the fixtures in the shower. there was hair in the sheets. the AC was tolerable but never got cold enough to make the room cool. there was a man sleeping on the sofa in the dining area when we checked in. the breakfast was 2 star. juice was watered down and the eggs were not great. the dining room was very clean. we were in town for 3 nights and choose to stay at another hotel in the area.

Tournament Stay
We stayed for two nights and three days for a tournament. We asked about early check in but we’re told no we had to wait until 3:00pm but within 30 minutes there were multiple people checking in early. Room was clean but had issues with the tv losing signal frequently and had to turn it off and on. On day two we were given only two towels despite having a room for 4 people and they were tracking them because they told us they had a lot of people there for tournament. There was not adequate parking for us as we couldn’t find a spot to park one night. Other families who stayed at same hotel with us complained about smoke smells in non smoking rooms. One family had several issues with their card to enter the room and took multiple attempts to get a new card. One family said the floor was extremely soft near their toilet who stayed on the second floor. Customer service needs to improve.

A suite for two.
Absolutely wonderful! We got the jetted tub suite and it was great! The jets would not turn on though so we let the receptionist know. Anything we needed and they were promptly on it.

The staff we encountered were all so friendly. The hotel was quiet and the room was clean and well appointed. Each bed had four pillows which was much appreciated.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
Overall the hotel was comfortable and the staff was great. I had two issues. 1. The LG TV kept locking up in the middle of the Dallas playoff. This was a huge let down. I found out this was hotel wide by other guests discussing it at breakfast. 2. The swipe pads for door entry are out dated and old. I had to swipe the card numerous times each and every time to get into my room. The staff said this is common and you just have to swipe it up and down numerous times to work. Replace it.

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful, room was clean. Location is good for my needs. Only suggestion would be a capital investment into upgrading the property. Fees were appropriate for the stay.

Disappointed
We requested a queen/king bed but once we arrived, we were put in a handicap room with full beds. The restroom electric plug had got hot while I was using it for my dryer and got my plug super hot. The lady at the counter was asked about getting the different bed and she stated that since we did not book through them directly, she couldnt give us any other room. Breakfast was pulled early even thoigh the room was full of people. It was a very disappointing stay.

Check in was fine. Our keyless door stopped working and every time we left we had to get the front desk associate to let us in which turned into a fiasco. I finally asked about another room and we were asked how long we would be staying, almost like it was a problem. The old room had torn curtains and shower curtain and we had to kill several roaches. So our stay was not very good which is sad because we came to visit my son who is in the army and should be subjected to a better environment the barracks which he did not get.

Great stay!
The king executive suite was so comfortable. Huge room and good sized bathroom. I can say many good things about the bed. I felt like I was at home. There was more than enough room for family to hang out.
