Dear Anonymous thank you a lot for your review. We are very sorry for your disappointment but anyone can see during several steps of the reservation that the room you ve booked has no swimming pool. First is the price cause you had a very low price and secondly the fotos of the room that have no pool included. The main foto is showing the more expensive villas with private pools and until now all our guests new that it is not included. We did not apologise but we just told you the truth and how things are. If you just need a pool you can also relax by the beach. The ar condition is working properly but as we explained to you you have to keep the doors closed cause there are power traps on the windows which you did not realize. Insects are everywhere in earth not only in our complex. Ants must have something to eat on the bed they are not coming for nothing.. The area is indeed very quiet and close to Vasiliki.
