2층사무실에 계시는 분들의 친절함과 투어 예약 등 Legazpi에 대한 많은 정보를 주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다. 특히 마지막 체크아웃하고 공항으로 가야되는데 Legazpi 행사로 차편을 못 구해 고생하고 있었는데 Elaine님의 배려로 무사히 공항에 갈 수 있어 진심으로 감사드립니다. Thank you very much for giving us a lot of information about Legazpi, including the kindness of those who are in the second floor office and the reservation of the tour Especially, I have to check out the last time and go to the airport. I was having a hard time finding a car because of Legazpi event. Thanks to Elaine's consideration, I really appreciate it.

가격에 비해 정말 좋은 호텔.
이 가격에 냉장고, 에어콘이 있는 호텔은 레가스피에 없지 않을가 싶네요. 엘리베이터가 없는 점이 조금 힘들 수 있습니다. 대신 거실에서 전자레인지도 이용할 수 있고 방이 무지 청결한 편이에요. 와이파이도 잘 터지고 정말 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다. 개인 여행자, 커플 모두에게 좋은 곳이라고 생각해요.

Had great experience just like last time I stayed here. The place is clean. Convenient. Near the Ayala Mall. Internet is fast with no interruption. Water heater worked well. Parking is hassle free. Will definitely stay here again.

Hot water heater for shower not working, apart from that the Hotel was great, great location to shops and malls,(all walking distance).good price,would stay again.

This is one of our go-to hotels in Legazpi City, location is good, staffs are accommodating, room is comfortable to stay with and value for money.

Everything’s fine. It would be nice if they have an elevator since going up and down especially for older people is tiresome.

Terrible place for an American who expects a decent place: 1. no elevator 2. no front desk/lobby or security, ran out of office when someone is there. 3. Drain in bathroom floor was clogged so it did not drain. 4. Funky smell in room.

Property and room itself was fine for a single night stay. My issue was that I wanted to do a late check in and have tried to contact thebproperty numerous times. The phone number they had posted on Expedia and Facebook pages do not work and I even had Expedia try to contact them to no avail because none of the details were updated. No complimentary drinking/bottled water or even instant coffee provided.

Its very disappointing place to stay. very small room, no window, very tiny bathroom, lots of red ants, they don't clean the room during occupied. I clean myself every day for 5 days stay. by the way i borrow theirs stuff for cleaning the bathroom. no wonder why disappointing place to stay even toilet brush was rusty and too old. I bet they don't use cleaning chemical because i have to buy from the store. Toilet paper i have to buy for my own to use. No 1 problem is safety issue. why this property is no window at all? why and how they get a licence to run the business if is not safe for their guest.

Had An issue with hot water , it was late evening, spoke with the owner , they responded that evening , got a hot shower, really appreciated, thier promptness, I do believe the office phone numbers and email need to be updated, at least on Expedia site , don't know about any other sites

No bottled water, instant coffee or tea bags.
AC working great and silent. Check-in outside of office hours should be arranged before you arrive. My room was in the third floor but I only have a backpack, so it was not difficult. There was a harmless house spider. Although the room has a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee cups, and drinking glasses, there was no bottled water, no instant coffee or tea bags.

The worst place in all philippines. the staff is the worst in the world. we also missed a flight because they didn't pick us up.

This property has a really good location surrounded by malls and overlooking mayon on the room we booked, but the front desk is not always open, it's hassle to check in, and we had to contact them first. They also have luggage storage for guests who will check out to have overnight stays in other places, and go check in the hotel again

Disappointing
It was not good as I hoped it was. There were roaches on the desk/table. The room felt claustrophobic, but at least the beds and pillows were comfortable. We asked information about taxis to airport but the staff wasn't helpful because she doesn't know anything. The view from the patio was fantastic though, looking out to Mayon Volcano. Location was good, close to shops and restaurants.
