Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We really do appreciate your business. I want to personally say that I am very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. All of the pictures on our website have exact pictures of the room that you will be reserving. I am sorry that somehow your exact room layout was not communicated to you. It was as you related the most inexpensive room. We pride ourselves in our service, accommodations, and of course our breakfast. We did provide everything you asked immediately not eventually and I was completely surprised with your feedback as we do our best to accommodate our guests with a smile, not as you related with irritation. The posted breakfast menu was broiled grapefruit with a teaspoon of brown sugar and butter, Crepes with Apple Cranberry chutney and turkey kielbasa, with roasted bananas for dessert. We also have homemade granola each day with almond and regular milk. The menu alternates between savory and sweet and is different each day - built around food restrictions that are communicated to us by our guests. We do often make special breakfasts for guests with dietary restrictions if we know in advance. It usually helps that we post the breakfast menu so that guests will tell us when they would prefer something else. We are very sorry that you did not completely enjoy yours. We hope that you had an uneventful trip home and hope you have a wonderful holiday season.
