편안한 하루밤을 보낼 수 있는 호텔

편리한 위치와 친절한 직원들이 마음에 드는 호텔입니다. 작고 오래된 도시에 위치한 지은 지 오래된 호텔이어서 시설이 다소 노후화된 것들이 있으나 세심하게 잘 관리되어 있어서 특별히 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 아침 식사도 괜찮았습니다.

Excellent location on the pedestrianised New Walk leading into the City Centre (15 mins) and just a 5 minute walk from the station. Superb, comfortable, ensuite room. Friendly, helpful staff. Would not hesitate to book again on any subsequent visit to the area. Thank you!

Hotel staff were great, especially Betty and the breakfast team - outstanding. Area is a little scary, didn’t like it at all; there was an Asian guy in the bar causing trouble one night, seemed to be high on drugs. Staff dealt with him in the end, but I wouldn’t take family or friends to this area.

A lovely stay. Hotel was warm on a cold weekend, comfortable and clean. Good dining options and lovely breakfast. Free parking at the back which was great, in a city centre location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walk into town and 5 minutes walk to our gig at the De Montford Hall. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money.

Nice large room. Good sized bathroom. With bath and shower over. Only grumble i would have is the room was extremely warm. I managed to turn the radiator off after the first nigh amd had that off and the windows open from the 2nd morning until i left. The Room was still warm but manageable

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 'Space themed' room. The hotel was lovely. Our room was cosy, quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was to hand and the fact that the kids had their own area, which could be shut off with a sliding door was fantastic. Our breakfast was delicious, particularly the yummy sausages. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone thinking of coming to Leicester for a city break or anyone with 'Little budding Astronauts ' who are planning to visit the National Space Centre. The kids room even has a rocket control panel on the wall for the kids (and grown ups to play let's pretend on). The little spot lights in the ceiling, in the shape of a constellation, was a very nice touch to the main room.

An Excellent find. This is our second time at the Belmont and it is our first choice for accommodation in Leicester. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was excellent and very good value. No complaints!

Had a lovely stay at the Belmont for a weekend break. We stayed in the King Richard suite and it felt like we were staying in a medieval castle! Especially loved the knights sqord and helmet that turned out to be a lamp! Hotel was very conveniently located with lots of eating options available and places to see nearby. Breakfast was very good and served by friendly staff who were always on hand with any requests. The only negative would be that the car park is a little small and so can be difficult to get in and out when busy. Overall it was an excellent stay and would highly recommend

Great hotel. I stay here whenever I go to Leicester. One grumble concerning my recent stay. The bar was closed before 11pm on a Saturday. Come on guys a good city centre hotel has to have a bar available to at least midnight on weekends, surely

A Saturday night stay and the hotel was quiet during the night, so slept well despite it being busy. Looks a bid dated in places but in a good location with the bonus of free parking. Breakfast choices were good. The best thing about this hotel though, is the helpful, friendly staff. Would happily stay again!

The location was super for access to the city centre and cultural quarter. Free, on-site parking was great. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a good size and well appointed. An absolute bonus was night lights in the bathroom! No more fumbling in the dark or turning the light activated fan on at 2 in the morning! Free water, tea, coffee and biscuits each day. The breakfast buffet was abundant and fresh, with cooked options made to order and adjusted to taste: brilliant. We also ate at the bar one lunchtime. The food was very nice and well presented. Overall The Belmont is well worth a visit if you're in the Leicester area.

The staff were professional and really friendly. The hotel was busy due to Christmas however, they still managed to provide a spot on service, the food was wonderful and the staff were really helpful fitting us in for dinner one evening at late notice. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Buen hotel con habitaciones familiares

Muy contentos con el hotel. Viajamos en familia y tuvimos la suerte de alojarnos en la habitación diseñada por el national space center con la universidad de Leicester. Es una pasada de habitación con decoración de la galaxia, incluso una constelación en el techo con luces led y una habitación separada con una puerta corredera para los niños que era una nave espacial. Desayuno incluido de buena calidad.

Nice hotel in a great location

We arrived an hour early and was able to park in the hotel car park free of charge. I was expecting to drop the luggage off and then head out into Leicester. To my surprise the room was ready which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very basic and quite small and the windows need replacing (only criticism). The breakfast was very good and we were able to order specials - Royal Eggs Benedict - made by the chef. The dining room looked authentic - in line with the age of the hotel - very nice.

W/e in Leicester

Great location, warm comfortable room, on a cold wet weekend. Quiet. Easy parking. Restaurant was good and breakfast too. We had a quite a large room, Wi-Fi could have been better, it was a bit slow and buffering of streamed radio. But otherwise nothing bad to say. We will use this hotel again when we’re in Leicester to see The Tigers, hotel only 8/10 minutes walk from Welford Road and even less to the station.

Check in was nice and easy and staff were friendly and pleasant. Room was dusty, not the end of the world and sheets were clean, but the room was very dusty. Tv was very very outdated and could only get three channels, not the end of the world as I could watch Netflix. Except I couldn’t as the Wi-Fi is the worst Wi-Fi I have experienced in a hotel room, to the point sending emails and working in the morning before setting off was a problem. I’ll have a nice relaxing bath instead, bath plug was leaking and required topping the bath up every 3 minutes. Staff were all great but room was dusty, dated and the Wi-Fi was shocking. Hotel in serious need of a spruce up.

As a traveller on my own, The Belmont is very comfortable, friendly, as the staff cannot do enough for you, from the front of house, restaurant to the housekeeping staff. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable, you all made me feel very safe. Which is important to a lone traveller.

Lovely hotel, bigger than expected. Had a great room with a nice lounge, shame as we didn't see much of it as we were out most the time. Breakfast was nice and hot, plenty of choice. Staff very friendly. If we travel to Leicester again, we would deffo stay there again.

Convenient for De Montford Hall

Stayed one night forcan event at the nearby De Montford Hall. Very helpful staff, room was clean and tidy! Floors creak a bit but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was lovely! I would use this hitel again.
