Only stayed one night for the Ed Sheeran concert. Luas was only 10 minute walk from hotel which got us into town in 30 mins. Never heard any noise from the rest of the hotel all night. Great nights sleep. Bedroom was spacious and had air conditioning. Teresa in the cafe the next day was a pleasure to deal with & helped us out more than expected!
Hotel is in a lovely location and has lively bar scene in the evening with lovely outdoor courtyard with large screen for sports etc. Stayed Thursday night as was up for Rolling Stones concert. Room (115) was left down by several corners of wallpaper peeling in several locations (could have been easily repaired??), bath/shower screen seal leaked, fan not working in bathroom. Arrived at breakfast and asked for Eggs Benedict as had seen this on online breakfast menu but was told by waitress that this was not available today! Selected breakfast from buffet and was later told by waitress that chef could do Eggs Benedict but it was then too late. Asked for tea for two and toast but had finished buffet breakfast and still had not received tea and toast and had to ask for them again! Young waiter and waitress at breakfast buy seemed inexperienced and no one greeted us or explained breakfast routine. My wife got scrambled eggs but found them a bit "rubbery'. Also reception guy never offered gate exit code when we arrived so had to return when barrier would not open when we exited (admittedly did see signs after reminding guests).
