The only negative was they allow dogs and we had 2 dogs in the room next door to us. They bark many times during the evening. We alerted the front desk. They called the people twice to alert them to this annoyance. The dogs did not bark overnight. I would recommend this hotel.

Asking the clerk who was training someone (managers wife) at the front desk for a small amount of milk for my friends hot tea, i was first told i would have to wait, then asked me how many people were in the breakfast dining area, which i said I dont know, msybe 5 or 6 why? Which she replied " that if i had to give my friend some, she would have to give everyone" i said that didnt make sense, it has 24 hour coffee/tea service. I said i only needed a small amount of milk and she continued to give me attitude about we went back and forth, until i asked for the manager. The manager came out and asked me if there was anything wrong and i explained what i had come to the desk for and he proceeded to the kitchen to give me the milk. I have worked in customer service for more than half my life and ive never come across such an argumentative customer service rep or whatever her titlle is. I found out her name (Terri) and she has quite reputation as i had been told for being nasty to the employees and yelling at them. She should not be working in service if she is going to be like that to people. Will never stay there again.

This is probably the 4th timenive stayed, first time was amazing, las time i came therenwas no heat, mentioned it but didnt want to change rooms so just turned off the register, and this time the light by the right side ofnl the bed was broke, mentioned it front desk as I left upon check out. All in all its convenient, but staff is hit and miss with niceness, maybe tired or something..

Would give more stars if I could. Nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. The lady that checked us in was very sweet, forgot to catch her name, dark complected (Indian maybe?). They serve popcorn and cookies in the evening and we were going down to the pool you could smell the cookies even just outside our top floor room. We went past them trying to get to the pool and the lady that checked us in rushed to tell us more cookies would be out in just a moment. The pool and hot tub were very clean. We slept great, beds very comfy. Then the breakfast was AMAZING! We all ate entirely too much! The breakfast host, I believe her name was Tonia, was unbelievably sweet. Kept checking on us, told us to grab a muffin or fruit for the road and to fill our water bottles up. My little girl was having a whole tantrum when I was getting her breakfast and she got down low and talked to her and made her smile. Such a wonderful crew and stay. We will use this hotel again!!!!

5 stars isn't enough!
Nice room, clean, well appointed, plenty of pillows! They had a popcorn machine and cookies available in the evening. The breakfast was the best id seen since covid started. They even gave me a Christmas card and a little bag of miniature candy bars which came in handy as I'd forget mine!! It's very refreshing to see a well managed hotel these days. Hats off to the management and staff for making this property stand out from its peers.

Very pleased
I was very pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff. I especially enjoyed being greeted by Tonia every morning for breakfast. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable breakfast. It was great to see her always smile. If my daughter chooses to go to college next year in the area this will be my hotel i stay at when i come to visit her.

The best part was the breakfast and the very nice woman who handled the breakfast. Furniture worn. No housekeeping during our 2-night stay. Better option in Georgetown.

It took us going to 3 different rooms when we first checked in, after a long trip in. After unloading all our stuff, including food, we discovered the room's refrigerator didn't work. The second room we went to, the refrigerator worked fine, but the A/C /Heat did not work at all! Going to the third room, at least the blower was working, and the refrigerator was cool enough to preserve food from spoiling. A disappointing experience, but the front desk did do all they could to help.Usually our stays at this chain are good and uneventful. Here's to more of those!
