I am sorry to hear about your experience at our property. Due to a Housekeeping Reporting error with Choice Hotels, your room was marked Vacant Clean. Our owner was checking rooms and thought the door latch had accidentally gotten stuck. When no one responded when she knocked and tried opening the door, she assumed the room was empty. This was an honest mistake due to reporting errors. I apologize if it made you feel unsafe.

We are sorry to hear your stay was not satisfactory. We will investigate the problem and ensure this problem is corrected for future guests.
