We were in town for one night for an event. The hotel was a perfect place for us to get ready and stay after the event. It was close to the venue and anything else we needed.

Modest hotel, clean with full kitchen. Would be back. First floor units - you can hear the people above you walking in their shoes Second floor units - you have to carry cases up the stairs.

We stayed one night. The staff was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We used the pool and they brought waters out to us. This was a very friendly and quiet place. I have a sevice dog and they had no issues about it. Some hotels do this one was very friendly and nice about it. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place
This place was great! The staff were some of the most helpful and friendly we’ve experienced at a hotel. The room was spacious and exactly as advertised. Although dated in some places, it was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a little dirty but didn’t keep my kid from jumping in! The road can be loud (truck brakes) but it doesn’t go all night and being able to have the AC fan running constantly helped. It is in a fantastic location and absolutely would stay again!

The hotel itself was very clean and everybody was super nice. The only draw back was that the pool was a large part of why we booked this property due to having some down time in our plans, and the pool was inoperable.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom and had a ton of space. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Our icemaker in our refridgerator didn't work, and the front desk was quick to help us with a bag of ice. The place was conveniently located to everything we needed. The only drawback was the amenities. Because it was April, all of the outdoor amenities were closed. The pool was covered, and the firepit area wasn't operational.

Staff was very friendly. The facility was clean, comfort was great. However, it does need a facelift and the room that my family and I stayed was near the highway therefore it was very noisy.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and the room is spacious and has wonderful features including a large kitchen and area to watch tv. The pool and pickle ball areas are also new and wonderful to have!

Our stay was great, everyone was very nice. Our room was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the toilet sat very low and was very difficult for a disabled individual as myself to get up, grab bars would be a help.

There were no pillows for the pull out. The girl at the front counter was on her phone the entire check in time using my info and typing in to her phone and the computer. I was concerned about my personal info she said she had to get her passwords .

I rarely write reviews but I had never stayed in a Residence Inn before this & may not ever stay in anything else going forward. You really get your money's worth with this suite hotel. We didn't eat out once & cooked steaks on the community grill & had everything we needed for a meal. Quiet property that's pet friendly with access to green area behind the hotel for pets to stretch their legs. We had both a 2 bedroom 2-level suite that my teenagers thoroughly enjoyed. Slept wonderfully. Highly recommend this particular hotel if you're in the Lexington area.

Breakfast not as advertised
The hotel is described as having a "buffet breakfast". I would classify it as expanded continental on a good day. Our first day it was decent. On the 2nd day there were basic cereal and yogurt selections, bran muffins and apples. None of the eggs, sausage or biscuit and gravy from the morning before. The room itself was good, but the paper products were some of the cheapest I'd ever felt
