There wss a $50 cash deposit that we were unaware of. No sign of a Hot Tub that was on website. When your looking for a cheap place to stay with no ammenities, this is the place.

Owners were horribly rude. All lining had some one eles hair in it. Did not want to give deposit back. Almost had to call the police to get that situation resolved!

Nasty beds were nasty
The beds smell like a dog and the blankets were filthy. The covers on the beds were stained nasty. The air conditioner stunk the floors were clean and the bathroom was clean, but damn why would you leave your beds look like that

Mouse poop, bugs, stains all over the bed, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor I would never stay here. This place is absolutely disgusting. I wish I would post the video of the mouse poop.

The room had not been cleaned. Bed covers had huge yellow stains. Freezer was iced over and unusable. Owner was rude. I'd never recommend staying here.

They charge you 50.00 cash upon arrival. No matter the time, no matter what you book. 50.00. Cash. They will write down your credit card information on a piece of paper if you want instead. Ummm, no. Went to the local bank 5 min away, and think my debit card was skimmed. What a pile of garbage place. Basically bring cash with you and don't expect anything back.

Upon arrival, a undisclosed security deposited was needed to get the room after it’s been paid for on the app. Seems a bit too much for a check in process. In order to get it back, the clerk must walk through the room with you during check out, seems untrustworthy of customers and too much. No easy check out

We arrive and immediately felt unsafe. Went to check in and the guy at the counter harassed us for booking through a third party and told us the only room was smoking; when I had been called earlier in the afternoon by someone from the hotel verifying our time of check in and asked smoking or non smoking. He continued to harass us and told us we have to pay him $50 cash to change to a non smoking room. We left and went to find another hotel but they still charged my card. TERRIBLE service, terrible location, terrible looking… I wish I could give it 0 stars and shut them down.

Bed was dirty sheets stained. Asked for a different room and only clean sheets were offered no refund.Was promised room service take care of my room on day 2 and my room was untouched. Bed garbage no towels. Went to front desk to complain and get refund and got nothing but attitudes and anger from management. And they even complained about the condition of the room when I checked out when reported to them the condition...

The room was clean. Limited towels. No tissues. No reception of local TV channels. No breakfast or coffee in the room. Inner lobby locked off. The second night a family was given a card with my room number, when they arrived at midnight. . .awakening me as they attempted to enter. Saved $20 per night, but wouldn't go back.

Sheets had obviously been slept in and unchanged from previous guest. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. At check in we were required to pay a $50 deposit in cash only or we weren’t allowed to check in. Ended up leaving and not even staying the night. Management was unhelpful to say the least.

The owner was unprofessional and nasty, calling five times to confirm the reservation before getting to the hotel. Then asking for a cash deposit of $50 in case the accommodation was damaged. We quickly realized why the neighborhood was not a safe place for a family to stay. We ultimately decided to cancel our reservation and stay at a different hotel.

This place is VERY rundown. The person seeing us to our room was very nice. But he was trying to find us a room that everything was working. The bedspreads had stains that didn't come out after the wash.

It was okay but not great
Our room was comfortable. It wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were repairs needed in the bathroom and the front cover of the A/C was leaned up againt the front of the unit. Only 1 lamp worked. The light over the sink didn't work. And the man at the front desk wanted us to give him extra cash to check in 1 and 1/2 hours early. It seemed like repairs had been started but not finished.
