Staff is A . Michael greeted us and showed is around the property. Made us feel extremely welcome and taken of. Rooms are superb and love my balcony. Best boutique hotel I've stayed at, so far.

Room was filthy with mildew . Towels were old . Carpets were dirty. Horrible place don’t bother.

Good location
The hotel is a big house converted into a hotel, the location is excellent,with multiple embassies close by, and almost no street noise surrounding. Breakfast was good with fruits, cereal,eggs the way you want it. The service was good. But the pillow stink, and I fix it with a towel over, comforter very heavy for my likes, but I will come back for the price.

Está ubicado estratégicamente para quienes asistan a Congresos en el Centro de Convenciones : a 1 cuadra. Relación calidad/precio óptima. Si es de tu agrado, puedes coordinar traslado de ida y/o vuelta al aeropuerto.

Financial district close to Miraflores
We stayed here for a night. We arrived to Lima on a red-eye flight and reached hotel few hours before checkin. They were nice enough to let us check in few hours early. Miraflores is 10 minutes taxi ride or 30 minutes walk. You are walkable distance to a nice (Whole Foods like) grocery store.

The door outside is unmarked, so it looks much more like a residential home but service was great and room is large with kitchenette. The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood quiet and safe but a quick walk to restaurants.

The hotel chárge additional 10 % foro payments whith crédit card. Doesn't, have restaurant.

Dear Guest, we are very surprised with your comments, Casa Bella does not charge 10% for services and our location is close to everything like the beach and Miraflores 5 minutes in taxi. All kind of restaurants, Malls, Casino, Bars only walking distance. Touristic places and museums are also very close. We think you have confused us with some other hotel.

En general me fue muy bien, muy buena relación calidad - precio, el hotel limpio, el personal amable. El desayuno podría ser algo mejor, pero era suficiente. Lo que no me gustó fue que le sumen un 6% al pago con tarjeta. Esto es incorrecto e incluso se que es prohibido por los emisores, pero igual lo hacen. La ubicación es muy buena, barrio muy tranquilo, cerca de un campo de golf (hay que ser socio para usarlo, no es público)
Estimado huésped, gracias por dejar sus comentarios y sugerencias. Con respecto al cargo del 6%, éste no corresponde al pago por uso de tarjeta, es por servicios, La mayoría de los hoteles cargan 10%. Una vez más nuestro agradecimiento por su preferencia.

Nice Bed & Breakfast in Great Location
I liked the true bead & breakfast character of this hotel. It was small but did not feel cheap at all. It is in a great location and the staff was always helpful. I wish we had stayed longer to be able to enjoy this hotel more. On my next trip to Lima, I'll definitely try to stay at this hotel.

Great little hotel in quiet suburb of Lima. Plenty of banks, shops and restaurants within a kilometer or so. Fifteen dollar US taxi to centre. Rooms clean and functional with fridge and safe. A/C would have been desirable, although it was unseasonably warm during our stay.

En general muy bien el hotel, falla en su logística no nos tenían lista la habitación y nos cambiaron a otra ubicación que si bien vale la pena decir muy buena también pero nos hizo perder tiempo, el agua apenas tibia y no contamos con aire acondicionado. Nice Hotel in good area

Cute and charming hotel in decent location
Quick stay so didn't get to enjoy the hotel too much, also didn't get to have breakfast since we left really early the next morning. Adorable place though, clean rooms and nice little courtyard. Would have been nicer on the 2nd floor I think. About a 10 min can ride to Miraflores neighborhood.
