1. Needs outlets near bed. 2. Two out of the four lamps had burned out bulbs. 3. The Kleenex dispenser in bathroom was empty. 4. The fridge was set at the warmest setting.

Had 1 night there from saturday to sunday. It was cheap, but nothing else was special. The water in the shower did not work. And to top it off, on Sundays there was no breakfast, which was not mentioned anywhere. Would not stay there again if it does not have to.

Considering the price everything was pretty much acceptable except the toilet seat which was made form a very flexable ABS plastic would not stay up and was very unstable while sitting Cable and WiFi good bed OK clean

Was inexpensive but bed was uncomfortable and neither of us slept well. Up very early and on the road.

Expect this to be a place ONLY to sleep
I rented a room here for a friends wedding....a girlfriend and I were placed in a one bed room which was ehh okay whatever, its just one night. However, the bed was like sleeping on cardboard, the toilet would not flush (no matter how many times we filled the back), the T.V was muted and would not give sound until you muted and unmuted it about three times in a row, the sheets weren't even fitted to the bed, and there was no extra lock on the door. The next morning i went to check out and the desk person was asleep under the counter.

We would stay again.
Our stay was pretty good. The room was clean. It was on the main street. Close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay again.

Horrible staff, mediocre motel
We reserved two rooms, and clearly requested two small dogs, but when we got there, the staff said that they did not allow dogs. So when I showed them my reservation and their statement online that they allowed pets, they told me that I needed to pay them $100 for the pets. While I was expecting that charge, they REFUSED to take that payment on my VISA, and insisted that we go to an ATM and give them cash. So, we did, and then they refused to give a receipt. Tax evasion? Probably. Then, the next day when they were cleaning one of our rooms, we waited in the other room. The hotel manager banged on the door and started yelling at us that we cannot have the dogs in the other room at all. We asked what we are to do since they were cleaning one of the rooms, and he yelled at us that we have to wait outside. The rooms were aged, not well kept and had broken fixtures as well as hot/cold water that was reversed. When we mentioned all of this, they did not care nor did they do anything about it. Their swimming pool clearly had not been used in years, which is ok, except that it was full of brown water that is a breeding ground for mosquitos.

A nice place to stay in the country.
Top notch place for the rating, which should be higher. Rooms were spotless, bed was very comfortable, beautiful water out of the shower, quiet, nice place to eat right in front. Any improvement I would suggest to have a few more items at the continental breakfast. Great place!

Holiday stay
We always stay here because it is close to family and cheaper than the other 2 hotels in the area. Nothing fancy and you need to remember that. It's just a warm place to sleep. We are in the room for such a short time it is fine for our family. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. It is clean and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Great Place for the Price $$
This hotel is perfect for the price. Clean rooms and beds, service is great and it's a nice cheap place to stay when your out-of-town for work or just driving through. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Better off sleeping in your car
This hotel s u c k e d!! Found feces on the bed spread.... Half inch gap in the top of the doorframe allowing outside breeze into the room. Kool aid stains on the endtables... Nuff said. Would not reccomend to anyone!!!

Not bad for the money
I stay here from time to time. I work on a tight budget, and so I can not afford the more expensive hotels that are more local. For what this place charges, is not bad for the money. The exterior of the building is old and worn out looking, but the interior of the room I was given must have been renovated not long ago. I'll stay here again.

This is an adequate place to stay. Although the building and décor were older, the room was clean, and the owners were very helpful and friendly when I registered. I had absolutely no issues while staying here. I will use this motel again when I am in Van Wert.

Near family
I strongly recommend that this hotel be removed from your listing! In addition I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The entrance door was damaged with no security locks. The towel bar in the bathroom (if you want to call it that) was damaged/broken with pieces left in the wall. The room overall had a terrible smell and was not that clean. There was a hole in the wall behind the desk where the cable and electrical lines were located. The heater did not work, only gave out cold air. I called and someone came with a portable heater for the room. No way could anyone use the pool, it looked like something was growing on top. It should have been drained. Yes there was a fence but anyone could have climbed over. The ice machine was empty or did not work. This should be removed from your listing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dissapointed and disgusted
I was looking for a low priced and at least clean place to stay for one night. Cleanliness was really concerning to me. I don't just mean little things like a bit of dust on an item. The first impression of our room was more old style. Again, I didn't have a problem with that. The carpet was very sticky and also stained. The bed was kind of dirty as well. The inside sheets had holes in them as if someone had burned them with a lighter or similar. It also contained a few hair fragments. The shower was nice and had decent water pressure. The motel provided towels and a small bar of soap. One shampoo package but no body wash. As you might have already wondered, the towels were dirty with little hair fragments. If you are still convinced to stay here, you might want to bring a sleeping bag and towels. Other items like a flat screen t.v., coffee maker and a mini fridge was provided. The remote for the t.v. looked as if someone had thrown up on it in between the keypad. The t.v. signal had interference lines running through the screen constantly. The continental breakfast was also very unappetizing in appearance. We chose to eat elsewhere.
