Recomendado!
Excelente experiencia, trato muy amable y servicial, la habitación limpia y cómoda, se descansa sin ruido y muy seguro, volvería sin duda. Un detalle para mejorar sería que el fríobar nunca funcionó. Por lo demás todo súper bien. Gracias!

由於深夜入住,店主未察覺我們深夜才冲凉,所以未有開熱水爐,我們只好早上起床才去冲凉或冲凍水凉.

Nice, like a home
The service us great. The 1st room had an awful smell, we were moved to anorher which was good. Breakfast is tasty. Wifi worked well. The best is the location, walkable, safe and quiet.

Nice hotel, hot water available
Amazing staff, very friendly and always helpful. Also great location and is walking distance to tourist areas.

Good place for the $
The property/setting is in Miraflores, the second most affluence district of Lima. A very safe district where one can roam day or evening. The building, is non distinct and does not even have markings (due to security issues or maybe new proprietors??). Location is very good, with the ability to walk to a variety of local sites (i.e. Parque Kennedy, Cat/ Dog Park, etc.). If up for walking, even a stroll to the ocean is possible. As with all my reviews, I will attempt to detail the top 3/bottom 3 attributes of the hotel. In addition, see my Money tips and rambling thoughts. Top Three attributes 1-Staff. The staff is extremely accommodative. The proprietors (Rafael & Pillar) catered to every need. The airport pickups were flawless and other arrangements were met without any hesitation. When dealing with a variety of properties in the country, I found it difficult to get replies to e-mails, but this was not the case with this property (very prompt). Cab ride arrangement, clear and known price (up front). On the language front, they do try their best to accommodate non-Spanish dialects. I believe that one of their sons (Diego), is fluent in English and he is very helpful if present; 2-Location. As mentioned, the property is in a very nice Lima district. Close to the Indian/Peruvian markets, Food markets, Parque Kennedy, etc. Excellent restaurants (i.e. Las Tejas/others) are near also. Beware of some of the Italian

We stayed in the apartment.
The apartment is a bit off the main tourist attractions including restaurants and shops. Difficult to catch taxi during the evening. Within about 10 mins walking distance to the metro bus service. Bus cost S/2.50 each way to Centro. Convenient and no traffic jams.

ついつい甘えてしまうホテル
とても旅行者のことを考えてくれます。チェックアウトが12時で、その後もリマ観光をしたいと言えばスーツケースを 預かってくれて、帰りのフライトに合わせてタクシーの手配まで心配してくれました。飛行機のチェックインがあるので「〜時までにホテルに帰って来なさい。それに合わせてタクシー呼んでおくから」というような具合です。とにかくフレンドリーで協力的です。ヨーロッパなどではこんなホテル見たことないですね。しかもお値段も安いのでもし次回があれば必ずここに泊まるでしょう。

Hotel bueno bonito y barato pero no el mejor
Es una casa habilitada como hotel, con una ubicación estratégica para llegar a varios luagres, cercana a estaciones de bus que te trasladan cualquier lugar. A 25 minutos caminando a la Huaca Pullana por poner un ejemplo.

Nice place off the beaten path
This is wonderful little place in Lima. The staffs were wonderful and the complementary breakfast was great. Hot water was great. The hotel is about 5-7 minutes walk from Kennedy Park and about 30 minutes walk to Larcomar Mall. I would recommend this place if you have a car and more than 1 night in Lima. If you are short on time and don't have a car I would recommend that you pick somewhere closer to Av Jose Larco.

Good value
Comfortable double room on the ground floor, beside the small grass area. The room was clean and the bathroom was too. The staff were generally friendly, although the older man could have improved his customer service manner a bit. His partner and other staff were very friendly and helpful. On our last night we were late back (there was no policy written anywhere about curfew for getting back to the room & we didn't have our own key to access the building) which resulted in the older male having to let us in at 2.15am... we apologised the next day which was not met with any answer. If you plan on staying out late then this is probably not the best place to stay. Very restricting for access as they buzz you through a gate every time you enter or leave. We thought a taxi from this Inn would be better value but found it to be the opposite.

Good base
Short walk to shops and tour buses, lots of good restaurants. Fifteen minute walk to the beach. For us who want a good bed and shower with breakfast as a bonus this was a good hotel with helpful staff.

Stay in Lima
Style away from luxury hotels, very low price for a very nice stay in Miraflores Inn; residential area; nice park at 200 m perfect for a jog; 400 m walking to the antiques street; breakfast okay and four helpful people managing this small structure.

Stayed there for one night. Great, friendly staff. Breakfast included fresh eggs, juice, bread. On a busy street but room was quiet.

Staff is NOT trustworthy, bunch of LIARS.
Stayed here for 1 night, no signs to indicate name of hotel. Wanted us to pay cash upfront in US dollars. Tried to get change in US dollars, but said she did not have any. Then tried to pay part of it in soles, but said she did not have change, but then all of a sudden she had change in US dollars. Would NOT get the airport transport offered by hotel - COSTS MORE than a street and official taxi. They also offered to pack a breakfast in the morning, but when morning came she did not have this for us.

Dear Sir, We have no reason to lie to our guests. We can not identify the event because this review is anonymous, but we are sorry for the missunderstanding. According to the terms you agreed when you made your reservation, payment is in cash in local currency. Dispite this, we accept USdollars because we try to make our guest's trip easier. We do not offer packed breakfast because nobody works in the kitchen before 7:00am. Breakfast is served for free from 7:30 to 10:00. We offer our guests the taxi service from and to the airport for their safety and confort. The price of this is the lowest between the airport taxi companies. We do not recommend to take street taxis because not every taxi is safe and just a few of them have the permission to enter El Callao and the airport. Best regards,
